電磁混合式消弧線圈的全補(bǔ)償故障消弧原理及其柔性控制策略

【摘要】:隨著非線性負(fù)荷和電力電子設(shè)備等的大量使用,接地故障電流中的有功和諧波分量大幅增加,僅補(bǔ)償了無功電流后的殘流足以維持電弧,易導(dǎo)致過電壓及事故進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。本文提出了基于磁控電抗器(MCR)和有源補(bǔ)償器(APC)的電磁混合式消弧線圈(EHPC),并詳細(xì)論述了其兩種運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和全補(bǔ)償故障消弧原理。分析了掃頻法測量對(duì)地電容的影響因素,并提出改進(jìn)措施。理論推導(dǎo)了中性點(diǎn)位移電壓、故障相電壓和線路零序電流與接地故障電流各分量之間的關(guān)系,提出了針對(duì)接地故障電流無功、有功和諧波分量的解耦補(bǔ)償和柔性控制策略。經(jīng)仿真分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)驗(yàn)證,接地故障電流能夠得到快速有效的全補(bǔ)償,達(dá)到電流和電壓雙重消弧,表明了本文所述原理和控制策略的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the large use of nonlinear load and power electronic equipment, the active power and harmonic components in the grounding fault current are greatly increased, and the residual current after only compensating the reactive current is sufficient to maintain the arc, which can easily lead to the further development of overvoltage and accident. In this paper, the electromagnetic hybrid arc suppression coil EHPCs based on MCRs and APCs are presented, and their two operating states and the principle of fully compensated fault arc suppression are discussed in detail. The influence factors of frequency sweep method on the earth capacitance are analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward. The relationship among the components of neutral displacement voltage, fault phase voltage and line zero sequence current and grounding fault current is derived theoretically. The decoupling compensation and flexible control strategy for reactive power, active power and harmonic components of grounding fault current are proposed. The simulation analysis and experimental platform verify that the grounding fault current can be fully compensated quickly and effectively, and the double arc suppression of current and voltage is achieved, which shows the correctness and feasibility of the principle and control strategy described in this paper.
