【摘要】:信號(hào)發(fā)生器又稱(chēng)為信號(hào)源,用于產(chǎn)生被測(cè)電路所需特定參數(shù)的電測(cè)試信號(hào),是電子測(cè)量領(lǐng)域中被廣泛應(yīng)用的重要電子儀器之一。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和微電子行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,直接數(shù)字頻率合成DDS技術(shù)成為高性能數(shù)字信號(hào)發(fā)生器設(shè)計(jì)的主要趨勢(shì),具有精度高、任意可調(diào)制波形等特點(diǎn)。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展下,基于LAN總線(xiàn)技術(shù)的LXI儀器也得到大力發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。本論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容是基于DSP BF531處理器和DDS技術(shù)的C類(lèi)LXI數(shù)字信號(hào)發(fā)生器的設(shè)計(jì)。在本論文中,LXI信號(hào)發(fā)生器的設(shè)計(jì)主要由信號(hào)發(fā)生器固件和LXI通信接口模塊兩個(gè)部分組成。論文從軟件設(shè)計(jì)角度,詳細(xì)闡述了LXI信號(hào)發(fā)生器的軟件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。信號(hào)發(fā)生器固件程序包括BF531芯片的基本配置、通信接口,人機(jī)交互界面的邏輯設(shè)計(jì),串口通信和SPI口儀器按鍵控制,同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)基于CPLD EPM240T100C5的鍵盤(pán)板。LXI通信接口模塊,硬件平臺(tái)是基于嵌入式處理器的DM9000芯片,軟件部分通過(guò)在固件程序中移植嵌入式uip協(xié)議棧,并在應(yīng)用層開(kāi)發(fā)程序?qū)崿F(xiàn),包括VXI-11、ONC/RPC和PORTMAP協(xié)議的移植、SCPI命令解釋器、Webserver的搭建和CGI的開(kāi)發(fā)等等。在論文的最后,對(duì)信號(hào)發(fā)生器的功能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的測(cè)試。本論文對(duì)儀器軟件設(shè)計(jì)的主要成果進(jìn)行總結(jié),為相關(guān)研究、功能擴(kuò)展提出了設(shè)想和計(jì)劃。
[Abstract]:Signal generator, also called signal source, is one of the important electronic instruments widely used in the field of electronic measurement, which is used to generate electrical test signal with specific parameters required by the circuit under test. With the rapid development of computer technology and microelectronics industry, direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) technology has become the main trend of high performance digital signal generator design, with the characteristics of high precision, arbitrary modulation waveform and so on. With the continuous rapid development of network technology, LXI instruments based on LAN bus technology have also been developed and applied. The research content of this thesis is the design of C class LXI digital signal generator based on DSP BF531 processor and DDS technology. In this paper, the design of LXI signal generator is mainly composed of two parts: the firmware of signal generator and the LXI communication interface module. From the point of view of software design, the software design and implementation of LXI signal generator are described in detail. The firmware program of the signal generator includes the basic configuration of the BF531 chip, the communication interface, the logic design of the man-machine interface, the serial port communication and the key control of the SPI port instrument. At the same time, the keyboard board. LXI communication interface module based on CPLD EPM240T100C5 is designed. The hardware platform is DM9000 chip based on embedded processor. The software is realized by transplanting embedded uip protocol stack in firmware and developing program in application layer. Including VXI-11ONC / RPC and PORTMAP protocol porting SCPI command interpreter to build the Web server and develop CGI and so on. At the end of the paper, the function of signal generator is tested systematically. This paper summarizes the main achievements of instrument software design, and puts forward some ideas and plans for related research and function expansion.
