太陽能微逆變器效率優(yōu)化設計

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,隨著資源和能源越來越緊缺,可再生資源的充分開發(fā)顯得越來越重要。太陽能微逆變器是可再生資源利用的一個重要手段。再加上光伏產業(yè)在國外受阻,國家有意擴大國內市場的背景下,高效率太陽能微逆變器的設計是時下科研熱點。 本文是對太陽能微逆變器進行效率優(yōu)化設計,突破了傳統(tǒng)的太陽能逆變器的設計方法。首先從太陽能微逆變器的整體設計方案上入手,從原理上分析如何設計方案能使太陽能微逆變器具有最大的效率。結合MPPT(最大效率點追蹤)和PLL(鎖相環(huán))這兩部分,采用PI算法,獲得具體的設計方案。然后,對太陽能微逆變器的硬件電路設計,從硬件的角度講解如何提高太陽能微逆變器的效率。先描述硬件電路框圖,整體把握硬件電路。然后把電路分為交錯反激式DC/DC電路、DC/AC電路、濾波電路、控制芯片電路、電路載波電路,并一一進行講解。結合硬件模塊設計,設計出軟件程序模塊。首先是主程序設計,主要靠虛擬機和中斷實現(xiàn)的。然后是PWM程序設計和SPWM程序設計。最后介紹MPPT模塊和PLL模塊的程序設計的大體思路,以方便程序的編寫。 在效率優(yōu)化設計的過程中有兩種仿真過程:Proteus仿真和SIMULINK仿真。Proteus仿真驗證的是軟件設計,SIMULINK仿真驗證的是硬件設計。仿真成功后,設計制作電路板,進行軟硬件調試,分析實物的實驗結果,得出太陽能微逆變器的效率?偨Y了論文的主要研究工作,,對太陽能微逆變器的效率優(yōu)化設計進行了展望,提出下一步工作計劃。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the shortage of resources and energy, the full exploitation of renewable resources becomes more and more important. Solar microinverter is an important means of renewable resource utilization. In addition, the photovoltaic industry is blocked in foreign countries, the country intends to expand the domestic market, the design of high-efficiency solar micro-inverters is a hot research topic. In this paper, the efficiency optimization design of solar micro inverter is carried out, which breaks through the traditional design method of solar energy inverter. Firstly, the whole design scheme of solar micro inverter is introduced, and how to design the scheme to maximize the efficiency of solar micro inverter is analyzed in principle. Combining MPPT (maximum efficiency Point tracing) and PLL (Phase locked Loop), a specific design scheme is obtained by using Pi algorithm. Then, the hardware circuit of solar micro inverter is designed to explain how to improve the efficiency of solar micro inverter from the point of view of hardware. First describe the hardware circuit block diagram, the overall grasp of the hardware circuit. Then the circuit is divided into interleaved flyback DC/DC circuit and DC / AC circuit, filter circuit, control chip circuit, circuit carrier circuit, and explain them one by one. Combined with the design of hardware module, the software program module is designed. First is the main program design, mainly by the virtual machine and interrupt to achieve. Then there is PWM programming and SPWM programming. At last, it introduces the general idea of MPPT module and PLL module program design, in order to facilitate the programming. In the process of efficiency optimization design, there are two kinds of simulation processes: Proteus simulation and SIMULINK simulation. Proteus simulation verifies the software design and the hardware design. After the successful simulation, the circuit board is designed and fabricated, the hardware and software are debugged, the experimental results are analyzed, and the efficiency of the solar microinverter is obtained. The main research work of this paper is summarized, the efficiency optimization design of solar micro inverter is prospected, and the next work plan is put forward.
