霧霾天氣對復(fù)合絕緣子運(yùn)行性能的影響

【摘要】:為探究霧霾天氣對電力設(shè)備外絕緣的危害,以現(xiàn)場運(yùn)行的復(fù)合絕緣子進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究。霧霾對復(fù)合絕緣子的影響主要體現(xiàn)在2個(gè)方面:一是導(dǎo)致復(fù)合絕緣子表面積污量的增加;二是其產(chǎn)生的濕沉降會(huì)增加絕緣子的泄漏電流、降低閃絡(luò)電壓。利用河北省石家莊地區(qū)的霧霾天氣進(jìn)行了360 h的自然積污試驗(yàn),分別在不同的霧霾臟污程度下試驗(yàn)3次,研究污穢度和泄漏電流與霧霾的臟污程度及作用時(shí)間之間的關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:霧霾天氣的發(fā)生會(huì)在短時(shí)間內(nèi)增加絕緣子表面的污穢度,在數(shù)十小時(shí)內(nèi)可以使絕緣子表面的等值鹽密增加0.01?0.04 mg/cm2、灰密值增加0.05?0.2 mg/cm2;空氣質(zhì)量指數(shù)不同,試品表面污穢度增加情況也不同;霧霾日數(shù)的增加是影響復(fù)合絕緣子表面污穢度的重要因素;霧霾產(chǎn)生的濕沉降會(huì)增加復(fù)合絕緣子的泄漏電流。短期內(nèi)霧霾天氣不會(huì)導(dǎo)致復(fù)合絕緣子發(fā)生污閃故障,但隨著霧霾作用時(shí)間的延長和環(huán)境污染的加劇,污閃的可能性是存在的。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the harm of fog and haze to the external insulation of electric power equipment, the composite insulators operated in the field are tested. The influence of haze on composite insulators is mainly reflected in 2 aspects: one is the increase of surface area pollution of composite insulators, and the two is that the wet deposition of the insulators will increase the leakage current of insulators and reduce the flashover voltage. The natural pollution test of 360 h was carried out in the haze weather in Shijiazhuang area of Hebei province. The relationship between pollution degree and leakage current and the effect time of fog and haze was studied 3 times under different degree of fog and haze. The results showed that the occurrence of haze weather would increase the surface of insulators in a short time. Contamination degree can increase the equivalent salt density of insulator surface by 0.01? 0.04 mg/cm2 in the last few hours and increase the ash density by 0.05? 0.2 mg/cm2, and the increase of surface pollution degree is different from the air mass index, and the increase of haze days is an important factor affecting the surface contamination of composite insulators; the wet deposition of haze will increase The leakage current of composite insulators. In the short term haze weather will not cause pollution flashover of composite insulators. However, the possibility of pollution flashover is possible with the prolongation of fog and haze time and the aggravation of environmental pollution.
