【摘要】:隨著電力工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,數(shù)字技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)等高新技術(shù)在電力系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用也越來(lái)越廣泛,尤其是在智能變電站的發(fā)展建設(shè)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。近年,國(guó)內(nèi)外在智能變電站建設(shè)理論及實(shí)施方面做了大量的研究,建立更為先進(jìn)的變電站已具備條件。 本文對(duì)智能變電站建設(shè)中所面臨的一些問(wèn)題提出了解決方案,并結(jié)合安徽省內(nèi)首個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配送式智能變電站——清竹220kV智能變電站的建設(shè),分別從智能變電站的一次、二次系統(tǒng)專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā)去探究智能變電站的設(shè)計(jì)思路、電氣設(shè)備選擇和工程實(shí)施等技術(shù)問(wèn)題,特別的,就清竹220kV變電站中所采用的預(yù)制艙技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。主要包括: 1)清竹站一次系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,采用成熟的常規(guī)一次元器件和智能組件模式。 2)清竹站二次系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案,特別的,提出了預(yù)制艙技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,二次設(shè)備實(shí)現(xiàn)工廠(chǎng)化生產(chǎn),光纖工廠(chǎng)化預(yù)制,實(shí)現(xiàn)二次設(shè)備即插即用。 3)結(jié)合清竹變電站的預(yù)制艙技術(shù),確定了預(yù)制艙模塊的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置,并就預(yù)制艙工程中可能碰到的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的解決方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric power industry, digital technology, communication technology and network technology are more and more widely used in power system, especially in the development and construction of intelligent substation. In recent years, a great deal of research has been done on the theory and implementation of intelligent substation construction, and the establishment of more advanced substations has been qualified. This paper puts forward some solutions to the problems in the construction of intelligent substation, and combines the construction of the first standard distribution intelligent substation-Qingzhu 220kV intelligent substation in Anhui Province. From the point of view of professional design of secondary system, this paper probes into the technical problems of intelligent substation design, electrical equipment selection and engineering implementation. In particular, the prefabricated cabin technology used in Qingzhu 220kV substation is introduced in detail. These include: 1) the primary system design of Qingzhu Station adopts mature primary component and intelligent component mode. 2) the design scheme of secondary system of Qingzhu station, in particular, the application of prefabricated cabin technology is put forward. The secondary equipment realizes factory production, optical fiber factory prefabrication, and realization of plug and play of secondary equipment. 3) combined with the prefabricated module technology of Qingzhu substation, the standard configuration of prefabricated module is determined, and the corresponding solutions to the problems that may be encountered in prefabricated module engineering are put forward.
