變壓器局部放電在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:電力變壓器局部放電會(huì)促使油紙絕緣老化并不斷惡化甚至造成擊穿,是影響變壓器安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的重要因素,局部放電在線監(jiān)測(cè)能夠有效地反映變壓器內(nèi)部絕緣系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行工況狀態(tài),對(duì)提前預(yù)防事故發(fā)生和問(wèn)題點(diǎn)的不斷擴(kuò)大有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,目前已成為電力設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)繼承和總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn),,在UHF傳感器、HFCT傳感器、AE傳感器等局部放電信號(hào)采集設(shè)備的配合下,以圖形化編程語(yǔ)言LabVIEW7.1作為軟件平臺(tái)編程核心,開發(fā)并完成了一套基于電-聲聯(lián)合的變壓器局部放電在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)集合了UHF超高頻檢測(cè)、HFCT高頻電流檢測(cè)、AE超聲波檢測(cè)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),克服了傳統(tǒng)孤立系統(tǒng)不能對(duì)變壓器內(nèi)部局部放電不能較全面監(jiān)測(cè)的弊端,有效提高了局放測(cè)量的靈敏度、定位的精確性和抗干擾能力擾。軟件上,采用集成模塊化設(shè)計(jì),有助于提高監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)算分析的速率和可靠性。另外該系統(tǒng)通過(guò)與變壓器內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后整合內(nèi)嵌安裝,減小了系統(tǒng)對(duì)變壓器本身電磁平衡的干擾,提高了系統(tǒng)的靈敏度和抗干擾能力。通過(guò)對(duì)110/10kV地下變電站3臺(tái)主變?cè)诰運(yùn)行實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明:電-聲聯(lián)合在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)在變壓器局部放電檢測(cè)與分析方面的應(yīng)用是可行和有效的,而且系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)功能均已達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求,能夠?yàn)樽儔浩鳡顟B(tài)檢修提供大量可信的數(shù)據(jù)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Partial discharge of power transformers will cause the aging of oil-paper insulation and even lead to breakdown, which is an important factor affecting the safe and stable operation of transformers. On-line partial discharge monitoring can effectively reflect the operating conditions of the internal insulation system of the transformer, which is of great practical significance for the prevention of accidents in advance and the continuous expansion of the problem points. At present, it has become a hot spot in the research of power equipment condition-based maintenance. Through inheriting and summing up the advanced research experience at home and abroad, with the cooperation of partial discharge signal acquisition equipment such as UHF sensor, AE sensor and so on, the graphical programming language LabVIEW7.1 is used as the programming core of software platform. A transformer partial discharge detection system based on electro-acoustic combination is developed and completed. The system combines the advantages of UHF ultra-high frequency current detection and AE ultrasonic detection. It overcomes the shortcoming that the traditional isolated system can not monitor the partial discharge in the transformer completely, and improves the sensitivity of partial discharge measurement effectively. Accuracy and anti-interference ability of positioning. In software, integrated modular design is used to improve the speed and reliability of data operation and analysis of monitoring system. In addition, the system is integrated with the optimal design of the transformer internal structure, which reduces the interference of the system to the electromagnetic balance of the transformer itself, and improves the sensitivity and anti-interference ability of the system. Through the analysis of the measured data of three main substations in 110/10kV underground substation, the results show that the application of the combined electro-acoustic on-line monitoring system in the detection and analysis of transformer partial discharge is feasible and effective. All functions of the system have met the design requirements and can provide a large amount of reliable data basis for transformer condition maintenance.
