基于CAN總線的永磁同步電機性能測試系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:電機從研制、投產(chǎn)、運行到維修,各階段通過大量試驗,獲取設(shè)備運行參數(shù)來分析性能指標(biāo)是必不可少的一步。為推動電機測試技術(shù)發(fā)展,本文提出了以現(xiàn)場總線控制(FCS)理論為背景,結(jié)合電機矢量控制(FOC)算法,以DSP為分布節(jié)點控制核心,基于LabVIEW平臺開發(fā)的主控機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了永磁同步電機的分布式性能測試。 本系統(tǒng)利用CAN總線的開放性和互換性,將現(xiàn)場的各測試電機和主控系統(tǒng)互聯(lián),構(gòu)成現(xiàn)場總線控制系統(tǒng)。實現(xiàn)開放性通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)和全分布式控制系統(tǒng)的有機統(tǒng)一,是現(xiàn)場測試和控制設(shè)備互聯(lián)的紐帶,F(xiàn)場測試電機作為FCS的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點掛接在總線上,主控平臺通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備采集和發(fā)送測控信息,從而實現(xiàn)管、測、控一體化。 在分析了電機測試系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀及其常用的測試方法基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了基于CAN總線的永磁同步電機性能測試系統(tǒng);分布節(jié)點應(yīng)用DSP技術(shù)結(jié)合FOC控制算法實現(xiàn)了電機的運行參數(shù)采集、控制及CAN通信,測試結(jié)果驗證了DSP控制器運行的高速和運算的高精度及算法的可行性;主控制節(jié)點應(yīng)用虛擬儀器技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了測試系統(tǒng)的整體構(gòu)建,測試結(jié)果驗證了系統(tǒng)的開放性和可擴展性。 論文以永磁同步電機作為測試對象,對所設(shè)計的測試系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了軟硬件的聯(lián)合測試。實驗結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定可靠,能夠通過CAN總線實現(xiàn)主控機對分布測試電機的動態(tài)性能測試。在電機的控制性能評估和合格檢修方面,具有一定實用價值。
[Abstract]:It is an essential step for the motor to obtain the operating parameters of the equipment to analyze the performance index through a large number of tests from the development, production, operation and maintenance of the motor. In order to promote the development of motor testing technology, this paper presents a monitoring system of main control machine based on LabVIEW platform, which is based on the theory of field bus control (FCS), combined with the algorithm of motor vector control (FOC), and using DSP as the core of distributed node control. The distributed performance test of permanent magnet synchronous motor is realized. This system makes use of the opening and interchangeability of CAN bus, interconnects the test motor and the main control system in the field, and constitutes the field bus control system. The organic unification of open communication network and full distributed control system is the link between field test and control equipment. The field test motor is connected on the bus as the network node of FCS. The main control platform collects and sends the measurement and control information to the field equipment through the network, so as to realize the integration of tube, measurement and control. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the motor testing system at home and abroad and the commonly used testing methods, a permanent magnet synchronous motor performance test system based on CAN bus is designed. The distributed node uses DSP technology and FOC control algorithm to realize the operation parameter acquisition, control and CAN communication of the motor. The test results verify the high speed and high precision of the DSP controller and the feasibility of the algorithm. The master control node uses virtual instrument technology to realize the overall construction of the test system. The test results verify the openness and expansibility of the system. In this paper, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is taken as the test object, and the software and hardware of the test system are tested. The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable and can be used to test the dynamic performance of distributed test motor by CAN bus. It has certain practical value in motor control performance evaluation and qualified overhaul.
