等離子體射流參數(shù)對(duì)染污硅橡膠憎水遷移速率的影響

【摘要】:硅橡膠的憎水性及憎水遷移性是復(fù)合絕緣子能夠防治污閃事故的主要原因,快速提高染污硅橡膠材料的表面憎水遷移速率具有重要意義。為此,采用介質(zhì)阻擋放電(DBD)產(chǎn)生的低溫等離子體射流裝置對(duì)染污后的硅橡膠材料進(jìn)行了處理,研究了不同等離子體射流處理參數(shù)對(duì)染污硅橡膠憎水遷移速率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:等離子體射流放電電壓、射流處理間距、射流氣體體積流量、染污灰密度(NSDD)等因素對(duì)提高染污硅橡膠憎水遷移速率有較大影響;外加射流放電電壓幅值越高、射流氣體體積流量越大,則射流處理后初始接觸角越大、憎水遷移性越好;射流處理存在有效間距,等離子體與染污硅橡膠間距超過4 cm后,處理效果將大大降低;染污灰密度增大,射流處理后憎水性改善效果變差。分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論推測等離子體射流作用過程中射流能量是促使憎水遷移速率加快的主要因素。
[Abstract]:The hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity of silicone rubber are the main reasons that composite insulators can prevent pollution flashover. It is of great significance to improve the surface hydrophobic migration rate of contaminated silicone rubber materials quickly. A low temperature plasma jet device produced by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) was used to treat the contaminated silicone rubber material. The influence of different plasma jet treatment parameters on the hydrophobic migration rate of contaminated silicone rubber was studied. The results show that the discharge voltage of plasma jet, the treatment distance of jet, the volume flow of jet gas, the density of polluted ash and so on have great influence on the hydrophobic migration rate of contaminated silicone rubber, and the higher the discharge voltage amplitude of external jet is, The larger the volume flow of jet gas is, the greater the initial contact angle is and the better the hydrophobicity is after jet treatment, and the more effective the distance between plasma and contaminated silicone rubber is, the less the effect of treatment will be when the distance between plasma and contaminated silicone rubber exceeds 4 cm. The improvement of hydrophobicity after jet treatment becomes worse with the increase of ash density. The experimental results suggest that jet energy is the main factor to accelerate the hydrophobic migration rate during the process of plasma jet action.
