【摘要】:電網(wǎng)是電力工業(yè)發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。良好的電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)能方便實現(xiàn)電力的供需平衡,更好地使電源結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,實現(xiàn)區(qū)域電網(wǎng)之間的相互支援。電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃作為城市規(guī)劃的重要組成部分,對于地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義?h域經(jīng)濟(jì)在近年來得到了快速發(fā)展,對電能的需求越來越大,每年需要大量資金來加強(qiáng)電力建設(shè),因此,做好縣域電網(wǎng)滾動規(guī)劃工作,確?h域電網(wǎng)科學(xué)有序地發(fā)展,滿足農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展要求,十分重要。本論文的主要工作是進(jìn)行內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)縣域電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,重點探討縣域電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀分析、電力負(fù)荷預(yù)測、站址優(yōu)化、電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃技術(shù)原則、“十二五”期間電網(wǎng)建設(shè)遠(yuǎn)景網(wǎng)架展望、投資估算、綜合效益分析。以滿足電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行及負(fù)荷發(fā)展的需求為規(guī)劃目標(biāo);完善和強(qiáng)化110千伏電網(wǎng)、分區(qū)域優(yōu)化35千伏電網(wǎng);同時加快城鄉(xiāng)配電網(wǎng)建設(shè),為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供堅實保障;實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)同、輸配協(xié)同、建改協(xié)同。結(jié)合內(nèi)鄉(xiāng)用電需求,充分考慮了電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃遠(yuǎn)近結(jié)合、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、適度超前和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一的要求,具有真實性和可操作性,對滿足未來該地區(qū)負(fù)荷用電需要和建設(shè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)堅強(qiáng)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)高效的區(qū)域電力網(wǎng)具有重要的規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)意義和實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:Power grid is an important link in the development of electric power industry. A good power network structure can realize the balance of power supply and demand, optimize the power supply structure, and support each other among the regional power networks. As an important part of urban planning, power grid planning plays an important role in regional economic and social development. The county economy has been developing rapidly in recent years, the demand for electric energy is increasing, and a large amount of funds are needed to strengthen the electric power construction every year. Therefore, it is necessary to do well the rolling planning of the county power grid to ensure the scientific and orderly development of the county power grid. It is very important to meet the requirements of rural economic and social development. The main work of this paper is to carry out the Neixiang county area power network planning, focusing on the county power network status analysis, power load forecasting, site optimization, power network planning technical principles, network construction prospects during the 12th Five-Year Plan, investment estimates, Comprehensive benefit analysis. In order to meet the needs of safe and stable operation and load development of the power network, the planning goal is to improve and strengthen the 110kV network, optimize the 35kV network by region, accelerate the construction of urban and rural distribution network, and provide a solid guarantee for the economic development. To achieve urban and rural coordination, transmission and distribution coordination, construction and reform coordination. In combination with the demand for electricity consumption in the inner countryside, the requirements of combining power network planning, coordinating development, moderate advance and unified standards are fully considered. It has authenticity and maneuverability, and is strong to meet the needs of the future load power consumption in this area and to build the network. The regional electric power network with reasonable structure, safety and reliability, economy and efficiency has important guiding significance and practical application value.
