永磁球形電動(dòng)機(jī)永磁體渦流損耗分析

【摘要】:永磁球形電動(dòng)機(jī)的磁極呈球面錐體結(jié)構(gòu),各定子線圈相互獨(dú)立分布于定子球殼內(nèi)表面,針對這些特性,提出了一種計(jì)算永磁球形電動(dòng)機(jī)永磁體渦流損耗的三維解析模型。該模型將雙重傅里葉級數(shù)法與矢量磁位解析法相結(jié)合,首先利用雙重傅里葉級數(shù)法求得定子內(nèi)徑處電流密度分布,繼而將其作為邊界條件,借助三維拉普拉斯方程,獲得了矢量磁位的特解,最后推導(dǎo)得到了永磁球形電動(dòng)機(jī)永磁體渦流損耗的解析表達(dá)式。該模型充分考慮到了時(shí)間諧波與空間諧波對渦流損耗的影響,并分析了不同的電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對永磁體渦流損耗的影響。將解析法與有限元法所得結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,結(jié)果一致,證明了該解析模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:The magnetic poles of the permanent magnet spherical motor are spherical conical and the stator coils are distributed independently on the inner surface of the stator spherical shell. In view of these characteristics a three-dimensional analytical model for calculating the eddy current loss of the permanent magnet of the permanent magnet spherical motor is presented. The model combines the dual Fourier series method with the vector magnetic potential analysis method. Firstly, the current density distribution at the inner diameter of the stator is obtained by using the dual Fourier series method, and then it is regarded as the boundary condition with the aid of the three-dimensional Laplace equation. The special solution of vector magnetic potential is obtained, and the analytical expression of eddy current loss of permanent magnet for permanent magnet spherical motor is derived. The influence of time harmonics and space harmonics on eddy current loss is fully considered, and the influence of different motor structure parameters on eddy current loss of permanent magnet is analyzed. The results obtained by the analytical method and the finite element method are in agreement with each other, and the validity of the analytical model is proved.
