智能變電站通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)和高級(jí)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目前,根據(jù)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司建設(shè)堅(jiān)強(qiáng)電網(wǎng)“一個(gè)目標(biāo)、兩條主線、三個(gè)階段、四個(gè)體系、五個(gè)內(nèi)涵、六個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),智能電網(wǎng)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入全面建設(shè)階段。作為智能電網(wǎng)的核心部分,智能變電站已經(jīng)在全國(guó)各區(qū)市電網(wǎng)形成大面積建設(shè)規(guī)模。筆者作為智能變電站的建設(shè)者之一,親自見(jiàn)證了智能變電站在寧波電網(wǎng)從無(wú)到有的發(fā)展歷程,也深刻了解目前智能變電站在設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)存在的瓶頸和困惑。一言以蔽之,設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)、運(yùn)維人員在智能變電站相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)習(xí)及培訓(xùn),并沒(méi)有完全跟上智能電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)步伐,對(duì)系統(tǒng)集成商及各IED設(shè)備廠家服務(wù)人員依賴性太大。成熟的智能變電站大多采用“三層兩網(wǎng)”體系結(jié)構(gòu),將所有IED設(shè)備及遠(yuǎn)動(dòng)裝置、后臺(tái)主機(jī)等設(shè)備組成一個(gè)完整體系,本文以智能變電站通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通信設(shè)備、時(shí)間同步系統(tǒng)、一體化業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)高級(jí)應(yīng)用為研究對(duì)象,在分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)智能變電站常用的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、時(shí)間同步系統(tǒng)、一體化業(yè)務(wù)平臺(tái)高級(jí)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了分析探討,并對(duì)新一代智能變電站的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),指出了智能變電站高級(jí)應(yīng)用面臨的一些問(wèn)題并提出了部分切合實(shí)際的合理化建議。本課題的研究,對(duì)于提升我國(guó)智能變電站建設(shè)速度具有一定的理論意義,同時(shí)對(duì)新一代智能變電站高級(jí)應(yīng)用提供了合理化建議,具有較為重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, according to the strategic goal of "one goal, two main lines, three stages, four systems, five connotations and six links", smart grid has entered the stage of comprehensive construction. As the core part of smart grid, smart substation has formed a large scale of construction in all districts of China. As one of the builders of intelligent substation, the author personally witnessed the development of intelligent substation in Ningbo power grid, and also deeply understood the design, construction and operation of intelligent substation. Maintenance and other aspects of the bottleneck and confusion. In a word, the study and training of design, construction, operation and maintenance personnel in the related technical fields of intelligent substation have not completely kept pace with the construction of smart grid, and they are too dependent on system integrators and service personnel of IED equipment manufacturers. Most of the mature intelligent substations adopt "three-layer and two-network" architecture. All IED devices, telecontrol devices, backstage mainframe and other equipment constitute a complete system. This paper uses intelligent substation communication network, communication equipment, time synchronization system, etc. The advanced application of integrated service platform is regarded as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the present research situation at home and abroad, the common communication network structure, time synchronization system and advanced application of integrated service platform in intelligent substation are analyzed and discussed. The development trend of the new generation intelligent substation is forecasted, some problems in the advanced application of intelligent substation are pointed out and some reasonable suggestions are put forward. The research of this subject has certain theoretical significance for improving the construction speed of intelligent substation in our country, at the same time, it provides reasonable suggestions for the advanced application of the new generation intelligent substation, and has more important practical significance.
