超超臨界二次再熱機(jī)組汽溫控制策略研究

【摘要】:由于超超臨界二次再熱機(jī)組具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)保效益,,在現(xiàn)有的材料技術(shù)和熱工控制水平的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展超超臨界二次再熱機(jī)組將是我國今后高參數(shù)、大容量火電機(jī)組的發(fā)展趨勢。二次再熱機(jī)組由于其鍋爐構(gòu)造的復(fù)雜性及特殊性,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)主汽溫和兩個(gè)再熱汽溫的有效控制是亟待解決的問題。 本文在分析國外現(xiàn)有二次再熱機(jī)組汽溫控制方法的基礎(chǔ)上,針對二次再熱塔式爐的受熱面布置特點(diǎn)及設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了一套針對超超臨界二次再熱機(jī)組的汽溫控制方案。主汽溫的控制主要由燃水比和過熱器噴水減溫完成;兩個(gè)再熱汽溫主要由燃燒器擺角和煙氣擋板調(diào)節(jié),噴水減溫作為事故及緊急情況下的調(diào)溫手段?紤]到燃燒器擺動(dòng)對主汽溫的影響,將燃燒器擺角的變化作為前饋信號疊加到過熱器噴水控制回路中。對于再熱汽溫的控制,本控制方案采用了偏差調(diào)節(jié)的方法,其中燃燒器擺角按照再熱汽溫實(shí)際值與設(shè)定值之間較大的偏差進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié);煙氣擋板用來調(diào)節(jié)兩個(gè)再熱汽溫的偏差,使兩個(gè)再熱汽溫偏差趨于相同。燃燒器擺角與煙氣擋板的協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)作可以保證再熱汽溫的基本穩(wěn)定,這同時(shí)也解決了燃燒器擺角和煙氣擋板同時(shí)控制再熱汽溫時(shí)兩者之間相互匹配的問題。 本文的設(shè)計(jì)組態(tài)均是在國電智深DCS上完成的。最后通過在超超臨界二次再熱機(jī)組激勵(lì)式仿真機(jī)上進(jìn)行仿真試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了汽溫控制策略的控制效果。 通過本文的研究分析,能夠?qū)ΤR界二次再熱機(jī)組汽溫控制的實(shí)際應(yīng)用有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As the super supercritical two reheat unit has good economic and environmental benefits, the development of super supercritical two reheat unit on the basis of existing material technology and thermal control level will be the development trend of high parameter and large capacity thermal power unit in the future. The two reheat unit is complicated and special because of its boiler structure. Therefore, how to realize the effective control of the main steam and two reheated steam temperatures is an urgent problem.
Based on the analysis of the steam temperature control methods for two reheat reheat units abroad, this paper designs a set of steam temperature control scheme for the ultra supercritical two reheat unit, aiming at the layout characteristics and design parameters of the two reheat tower furnace. The control of the main steam temperature is mainly done by the ratio of water to the burning water and the temperature reduction of the superheater water spray; two reheat reheat. The steam temperature mainly consists of the burner swing angle and the flue gas baffle adjustment and the water spray temperature reduction as the temperature adjustment means in the accident and emergency. Considering the effect of the burner swing on the main steam temperature, the change of the burner's swing angle is superimposed on the superheater spray control loop as the feedforward signal. The adjustment method, in which the burner angle is adjusted according to the larger deviation between the actual value of reheated steam temperature and the set value, the flue gas baffle is used to adjust the deviation of the two reheated steam temperatures, so that the two reheated steam temperature deviations tend to be the same. The coordination action of the burner angle and the flue gas baffle can ensure the basic stability of the reheated steam temperature. The matching problem between the burner swing angle and the flue gas baffle at the same time controlling the reheated steam temperature is also solved.
The design configuration of this paper is completed on the national DCS. Finally, the control effect of the steam temperature control strategy is verified by the simulation test on the exciting simulator of the ultra supercritical two reheat unit.
The research and analysis in this paper can be used for reference in the practical application of steam temperature control for ultra supercritical two reheat units.
