電力系統(tǒng)諧波測量及抑制方法研究

【摘要】:近些年我國經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展,其中電能無論在我們?nèi)粘I钪羞是在生產(chǎn)工作中都扮演著越來越重要的角色。尤其在生產(chǎn)企業(yè)中,電能幾乎是所有動力的來源,是生產(chǎn)中最基本的要素之一。那么電能質(zhì)量的好壞直接關(guān)乎設(shè)備能否平穩(wěn)高效運行以及設(shè)備的使用年限,從另一角度講,好的電能質(zhì)量能保證生產(chǎn)持續(xù)高效運行,創(chuàng)造更多的經(jīng)濟價值,節(jié)省人力成本。然而在天津渤化中河化工有限公司丁二酸車間,為了改善電能質(zhì)量投入的電容補償裝置,由于諧波的存在,屢次發(fā)生事故,生產(chǎn)多次被打斷,設(shè)備損壞,造成很大的經(jīng)濟損失。所以用最經(jīng)濟、最高效的方法將問題解決,防止類似事故的發(fā)生具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先介紹了電力系統(tǒng)中諧波的基本知識、課題研究的背景及意義、國內(nèi)外發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,然后結(jié)合天津渤化中河化工有限公司的實際案例,對該公司丁二酸車間內(nèi)的3組整流裝置分組、分別進行測試。對測試數(shù)據(jù)進行整理并進行分析,顯示11、13、23和25次諧波的畸變嚴(yán)重超標(biāo)。重點采用第一種單調(diào)諧濾波器對諧波進行抑制設(shè)計,給出濾波器的組成,結(jié)合實際工況計算出各元件參數(shù)。仿真部分采用Simulink6.0建立單調(diào)諧濾波器的系統(tǒng)仿真模型,并對仿真結(jié)果進行分析。由于生產(chǎn)需要,采用第二種有源濾波器的方式進行濾波,對有源濾波器進行選型并安裝進行測試。設(shè)計仿真結(jié)果分析,單調(diào)諧濾波器對諧波濾除有十分明顯的效果。而且通過有源濾波器的實際安裝,濾除諧波后,此類事故再也沒發(fā)生過,電能質(zhì)量明顯改善。因此本文提出的問題解決方案及設(shè)計具有一定的理論意義和使用價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy, electric energy plays a more and more important role in our daily life and production. Especially in the production enterprises, electric energy is the source of almost all power, is one of the most basic elements in production. The quality of power quality is directly related to the smooth and efficient operation of the equipment and the service life of the equipment. From another point of view, good power quality can ensure the continuous and efficient operation of production, create more economic value, and save the cost of manpower. However, in the succinic acid workshop of Tianjin Bohuazhonghe Chemical Co., Ltd., in order to improve the capacitive compensation device for power quality input, because of the existence of harmonics, frequent accidents occurred, the production was interrupted many times, the equipment was damaged, resulting in great economic losses. Therefore, using the most economical and efficient method to solve the problem and prevent the occurrence of similar accidents has important practical significance. This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of harmonics in power system, the background and significance of the research, the current situation of domestic and foreign development, and then combined with the actual case of Tianjin Bohua Zhonghe Chemical Co., Ltd. Three groups of rectifier devices in succinic acid workshop were tested. The test data are analyzed and analyzed. The results show that the distortion of the 11 ~ (13) ~ (23) and 25 ~ (th) harmonics exceeds the standard seriously. The first kind of single tuning filter is used to suppress harmonics. The composition of the filter is given and the parameters of each component are calculated according to the actual working conditions. In the simulation part, the system simulation model of single tuning filter is established by Simulink6.0, and the simulation results are analyzed. Because of the need of production, the second active filter is used to filter, and the type selection and installation of active filter are tested. The simulation results show that the single tunable filter has an obvious effect on harmonic filtering. After the harmonic wave is filtered out by the practical installation of the active power filter, this kind of accident has never happened again, and the power quality has been improved obviously. Therefore, the solution and design of the problem proposed in this paper have certain theoretical significance and practical value.
