【摘要】:技術(shù)的革新是推動(dòng)生活品質(zhì)提升的關(guān)鍵,這點(diǎn)在家電行業(yè)體現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。從最初的燒柴做飯到如今初具雛形的智能廚房,這一切的背后都蘊(yùn)含著技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新、科技的進(jìn)步。微波爐作為家電科技的杰出代表,體現(xiàn)了人們對于技術(shù)進(jìn)步的不懈追求,并極大程度上改變和豐富了人們的生活。從最初的“雷達(dá)波”爐問世,到第一臺微波爐在南京生產(chǎn),再到如今微波爐的普遍使用,幾十年來,微波爐行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了無數(shù)的技術(shù)革新?v觀微波爐行業(yè)的發(fā)展,不難看出,微波爐的技術(shù)革新緊緊圍繞其加熱性能的研究展開。最初的微波爐都是平板式微波爐,然而因?yàn)闊o法滿足IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定,平板式微波爐一度被轉(zhuǎn)盤微波爐所取代,甚至一度出現(xiàn)了轉(zhuǎn)盤式微波爐完全占據(jù)微波爐市場的局面。然而得益于科技的革新,尤其是新平臺技術(shù)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,平板式微波爐的加熱性能獲得極大提升并重新開始占領(lǐng)市場,并且有繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢的趨勢。同時(shí),由于平板微波爐相對轉(zhuǎn)盤式微波爐具有先天的優(yōu)勢:(1)具有更好的腔體清潔性;(2)具有更高的空間使用效率;(3)平板微波爐有利于熱風(fēng)對流,因此平板微波爐重新成為了微波爐市場的主角。目前,國內(nèi)的微波爐生產(chǎn)廠商,以美的和格蘭仕為代表,其研發(fā)工作主要集中于平板式微波爐,國內(nèi)的平板微波爐已經(jīng)占據(jù)了全微波爐市場份額的90%以上,并有繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大的趨勢。國外的微波爐廠商,如松下、東芝、LG其研發(fā)的重點(diǎn)也多集中于平板式微波爐,并且取得了相當(dāng)不俗的成果。本課題研究的關(guān)鍵在于如何利用天線技術(shù)有效提升K23L平板微波爐的加熱性能。模式攪拌器在國內(nèi)的平板微波爐應(yīng)用較多,考慮到成產(chǎn)成本以及模式攪拌器研究的專利成果,對模式攪拌器進(jìn)行研究的同時(shí)還需考慮其專利的規(guī)避問題。同時(shí),如何對微波爐天線進(jìn)行研究與探索也涉及到專利規(guī)避問題。本文還要求不改變整體微波爐尺寸的情況下提升微波爐的加熱性能,這對微波爐天線的研發(fā)也是一項(xiàng)不小的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation is the key to improving the quality of life, especially in the home appliance industry. From the original firewood cooking to today's embryonic intelligent kitchen, behind all these are technological innovation and technological progress. Microwave oven as an outstanding representative of home appliance science and technology reflects the unremitting pursuit of technological progress and greatly changes and enriches people's life. From the first "radar wave" oven to the first microwave oven produced in Nanjing, and then to the widespread use of microwave ovens today, the microwave oven industry has experienced numerous technological innovations in recent decades. According to the development of microwave oven industry, it is not difficult to see that the technological innovation of microwave oven is focused on its heating performance. The original microwave ovens were flat microwave ovens, but because they could not meet the requirements of IEC standard, flat microwave ovens were once replaced by turntable microwave ovens, and at one time, the rotary microwave ovens completely occupied the market of microwave ovens. However, thanks to the innovation of science and technology, especially the development and progress of new platform technology, the heating performance of flat microwave ovens has been greatly improved and has begun to occupy the market again, and there is a tendency to continue to expand the leading edge. At the same time, because the flat microwave oven has the innate advantage over the rotary plate microwave oven) it has better cavity cleanliness and has higher space use efficiency / 3) the flat microwave oven is advantageous to the hot air convection. Therefore, flat microwave oven has become the main role of microwave oven market. At present, the domestic manufacturers of microwave ovens, represented by the United States and Galanz, mainly focus their research and development work on flat microwave ovens, and domestic flat microwave ovens have occupied more than 90% of the market share of the whole microwave ovens. And there is a tendency to continue to expand. Foreign microwave oven manufacturers, such as Matsushita and Toshiba LG, also focus on flat microwave ovens, and have achieved good results. The key of this research is how to improve the heating performance of K 23 L flat microwave oven by using antenna technology. The mode agitator is widely used in domestic flat microwave ovens. Considering the production cost and the patented achievements of the mode agitator research, it is necessary to consider the problem of patent evasion while studying the mode stirrer. At the same time, how to research and explore microwave oven antenna also involves patent evasion. This paper also requires that the heating performance of the microwave oven be improved without changing the size of the whole microwave oven, which is also a challenge to the development of the microwave oven antenna.
