多相電機(jī)定子繞組組合模式對(duì)磁動(dòng)勢(shì)與參數(shù)的影響

【摘要】:多相繞組不同于三相繞組之處是其具有繞組組合的靈活性,確定多相電機(jī)定子繞組組合模式則為電磁設(shè)計(jì)的前提條件。根據(jù)多相電機(jī)的運(yùn)行要求,選擇對(duì)稱三相繞組為多相整流發(fā)電機(jī)定子繞組的基本組成單元,對(duì)稱四相或五相繞組為變頻器供電多相電動(dòng)機(jī)定子繞組的基本組成單元。針對(duì)多相電機(jī)相數(shù)為偶數(shù)或奇數(shù)、定子繞組半對(duì)稱與全對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)4種組合模式,分別進(jìn)行磁動(dòng)勢(shì)分析與定子參數(shù)分析。結(jié)果表明,在電機(jī)相數(shù)為偶數(shù)時(shí),半對(duì)稱組合模式比全對(duì)稱組合模式更有利于消除空間諧波磁動(dòng)勢(shì);而在電機(jī)相數(shù)為奇數(shù)時(shí),半對(duì)稱組合模式與全對(duì)稱組合模式在消除空間諧波磁動(dòng)勢(shì)方面沒(méi)有區(qū)別,兩種模式下穩(wěn)態(tài)定子參數(shù)也相等。分析結(jié)果為多相定子繞組組合模式的選定提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The reason why the multi-phase winding is different from the three-phase winding is that it has the flexibility of winding combination, and determining the stator winding combination mode of multi-phase motor is the precondition of electromagnetic design. According to the operation requirements of the multiphase motor, the symmetrical three-phase winding is selected as the basic component unit of the stator winding of the multi-phase rectifier generator, and the symmetrical four-phase or five-phase winding is the basic component unit of the stator winding of the inverter powered multiphase motor. In view of the even or odd phase number of multiphase motor and the four combination modes of semi-symmetric and fully symmetric stator windings, the magnetodynamic potential and stator parameters are analyzed respectively. The results show that when the phase number of the motor is even, the semi-symmetric combination mode is more advantageous to eliminate the spatial harmonic magnetodynamic potential than the fully symmetric combination mode, but when the motor phase number is odd, There is no difference between the semi-symmetric combined mode and the fully symmetric combined mode in eliminating the spatial harmonic magnetodynamic potential, and the steady-state stator parameters are equal in the two modes. The results provide a basis for the selection of multiphase stator winding combination mode.
