【摘要】:衛(wèi)輝電網(wǎng)調(diào)度自動(dòng)化主站采用的山東積成電子的iES600系統(tǒng),具備數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)視控制系統(tǒng)(SCADA)和高層應(yīng)用軟件系統(tǒng)(PAS),能為調(diào)度員提供實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),還能以串口的形式通過Web服務(wù)器向公司各級(jí)管理及生產(chǎn)人員提供信息發(fā)布和數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)。iES-600系統(tǒng)中的PAS子系統(tǒng)是利用SCADA子系統(tǒng)采集的實(shí)時(shí)量測(cè)和狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)電力網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行分析的系統(tǒng),具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)洹顟B(tài)估計(jì)、調(diào)度員潮流、靜態(tài)安全分析、短路電流計(jì)算、無功電壓優(yōu)化以及負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)等功能。PAS高級(jí)應(yīng)用軟件的投入使用,使調(diào)度員能夠隨時(shí)在模擬的運(yùn)行方式下,分析本系統(tǒng)的潮流分布和潮流計(jì)算特性;對(duì)整個(gè)電網(wǎng)的安全水平進(jìn)行評(píng)詁,找出電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的薄弱環(huán)節(jié);通過電網(wǎng)中無功功率的調(diào)節(jié),在滿足安全約束和電壓質(zhì)量的條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)損耗最小化,從而大大減輕了調(diào)度員的分析強(qiáng)度,并向調(diào)度員提供了靈活可靠的技術(shù)手段和及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行信息,為實(shí)現(xiàn)衛(wèi)輝電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)度奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The Shandong Jicheng Electronic iES600 system, which is used in the main station of Weihui Power Grid dispatching automation system, is equipped with a data acquisition and monitoring control system and a high-level application software system, PASA, which can provide real time data for dispatchers. In the form of serial port, the PAS subsystem of the information release and data service. IES-600 system can be provided by the Web server to the management and production personnel at all levels of the company. The PAS subsystem is the real-time measurement and status data collected by the SCADA subsystem to the electric power network. The system for analysis, With network topology, state estimation, dispatcher power flow, static security analysis, short-circuit current calculation, reactive power and voltage optimization, load forecasting and other functions. So that dispatchers can analyze the power flow distribution and power flow calculation characteristics of the system at any time under the simulated operation mode; evaluate the safety level of the whole power network, find out the weak link of the power network operation; through the regulation of reactive power in the power network, Under the condition of satisfying the security constraints and voltage quality, the power network losses are minimized, thus greatly reducing the analysis intensity of the dispatchers, and providing the dispatchers with flexible and reliable technical means and timely and accurate power network operation information. For the realization of Weihui power grid economic dispatch laid a solid foundation.
