【摘要】:繼電保護(hù)定值的準(zhǔn)確性對(duì)維持電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行具有重要意義,保護(hù)定值的在線整定是智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的必然要求。本文基于電網(wǎng)調(diào)度普遍采用的能量管理系統(tǒng)(EMS),提出了一種智能電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)在線整定計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的工程化設(shè)計(jì)方法。結(jié)合成都電網(wǎng)開(kāi)展了工程實(shí)踐,驗(yàn)證了所提出的智能電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)在線整定計(jì)算系統(tǒng)工程化設(shè)計(jì)方法的可行性和可推廣性。論文主要工作及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下:1)采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)和C/S結(jié)構(gòu),研究了基于能量管理系統(tǒng)的智能電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)在線整定計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的工程化設(shè)計(jì)方法。保護(hù)定值在線整定的前提和基礎(chǔ)是要能獲取實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的電網(wǎng)拓?fù)鋱D,EMS現(xiàn)已在國(guó)內(nèi)各級(jí)電網(wǎng)調(diào)度中普遍采用,其能為繼電保護(hù)定值整定提供良好的數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),有利于保證定值的正確性。本文研究的工程化設(shè)計(jì)方法直接從EMS獲取數(shù)據(jù),避免了電網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的繁瑣的錄入工作,更能滿足在線運(yùn)行的需要。2)探討了基于面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)的整定計(jì)算系統(tǒng)和EMS的數(shù)據(jù)接口開(kāi)發(fā)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了整定計(jì)算系統(tǒng)與EMS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行接口,從而獲取EMS系統(tǒng)中電網(wǎng)模型及實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù);同時(shí)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)整定計(jì)算系統(tǒng)與故障信息系統(tǒng)聯(lián)系的接口,完成定值整定系統(tǒng)和故障信息系統(tǒng)之間的通訊,實(shí)現(xiàn)定值的在線整定。3)提出了配合運(yùn)行方式調(diào)整的多套定值自動(dòng)切換方法。為了使自動(dòng)切換更加實(shí)用與易于維護(hù),基于C/S結(jié)構(gòu)在本地客戶端中窮舉起所有可能的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),來(lái)表示開(kāi)環(huán)點(diǎn)、計(jì)劃?rùn)z修、系統(tǒng)故障等情況,產(chǎn)生式的表現(xiàn)了各個(gè)情況下的不同內(nèi)容,并傳輸?shù)椒⻊?wù)器,以備相同運(yùn)行方式出現(xiàn)時(shí)可以快速調(diào)用,并以圖形化的方式將各個(gè)方式生成配置圖,供用戶使用。
[Abstract]:The accuracy of relay protection setting is of great significance to maintain the safe and stable operation of power network. The on-line setting of protection setting is the inevitable requirement of the development of smart grid. Based on the energy management system (EMSS) which is widely used in power grid dispatching, an engineering design method of on-line setting calculation system for smart grid relay protection is presented in this paper. Based on the engineering practice of Chengdu Power Grid, the feasibility and extensibility of the proposed engineering design method for on-line setting calculation system of smart grid relay protection are verified. The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the object-oriented technology and C / S structure, the engineering design method of the intelligent power grid relay protection on-line setting calculation system based on the energy management system is studied. The premise and foundation of on-line setting of protection and value is to obtain real-time, accurate topology diagram EMS is widely used in all levels of power network dispatching in China, which can provide a good data platform for setting the value of relay protection. It is helpful to ensure the correctness of the fixed value. The engineering design method studied in this paper obtains the data directly from EMS, which avoids the tedious input work of the basic data of the power network. The development method of data interface between setting computing system based on object-oriented technology and EMS is discussed, and the interface between setting computing system and EMS system is realized. In order to obtain the power network model and real-time operation data in EMS system, the interface between the setting calculation system and the fault information system can be realized at the same time, and the communication between the value setting system and the fault information system can be completed. On-line tuning. 3) A multi-set automatic switching method is proposed to adjust the operation mode. In order to make automatic switching more practical and easy to maintain, based on the C / S structure, all possible topologies are lifted in the local client to represent open loop points, scheduled overhaul, system failures, etc. The generative representation of the different content in each case, and transferred to the server, in case the same running mode can be quickly called, and graphically generated configuration diagram for the user to use.
