介電常數(shù)和表面性能對沿面流注發(fā)展的定量影響

【摘要】:絕緣介質(zhì)表面流注發(fā)展是沿面閃絡中重要的物理過程,研究介質(zhì)表面流注發(fā)展特性有助于揭示絕緣介質(zhì)和流注放電之間的作用關系,加深對沿面閃絡機制的認識。利用光電倍增管測量了絕緣介質(zhì)表面的流注發(fā)展特性,其中被測絕緣介質(zhì)是由兩種厚度為5 mm的絕緣介質(zhì)層層相疊組成的。通過改變被測試品中兩種絕緣介質(zhì)的體積,可以定量的估計絕緣介質(zhì)的介電常數(shù)(容性)和表面性能對沿面流注發(fā)展特性的影響。試驗中,測量了尼龍和聚四氟乙烯、復合絕緣材料和聚四氟乙烯兩種組合試品的表面流注穩(wěn)定傳播電場和傳播速度,發(fā)現(xiàn)絕緣介質(zhì)表面性能對流注發(fā)展的影響很大。此外,3種絕緣介質(zhì)中復合絕緣材料的表面性能最不利于流注的傳播。
[Abstract]:The development of streamer on insulating dielectric surface is an important physical process in flashover along the surface. Studying the developing characteristics of streamer on dielectric surface is helpful to reveal the relationship between insulating dielectric and streamer discharge and to deepen the understanding of flashover mechanism along the surface. Using photomultiplier tube, the characteristics of streamer development on the surface of insulating medium are measured. The measured insulating medium is composed of two layers of insulating dielectric with thickness of 5 mm. By changing the volume of the two kinds of insulating media, the influence of dielectric constant (capacitance) and surface properties on the evolution of the flow along the surface can be quantitatively estimated. In the experiment, the steady propagation electric field and propagation velocity of the surface flux of nylon and PTFE, composite insulating material and PTFE were measured, and it was found that the surface properties of insulating medium had a great influence on the development of flow beam. In addition, the surface properties of composite insulating materials are the most disadvantageous to the propagation of streamer.
