“W”型火焰鍋爐低氮燃燒技術(shù)試驗研究

【摘要】:NOx是一種對人類生活具有強(qiáng)烈危害的物質(zhì),其主要生成途徑是煤炭、石油等化石燃料的燃燒。在我國,燃煤火力發(fā)電廠、汽車等是產(chǎn)生NOx的主要場所或設(shè)備。隨著火電機(jī)組大型化、“W”型火焰鍋爐等新燃燒方式的大量應(yīng)用,W型火焰鍋爐由于爐膛溫度高,NOx排放指標(biāo)相對偏高,低氮排放壓力更大。我國從2008年起成為世界上火電裝機(jī)容量最多的國家,火電廠NOx排放總量越來越大。在對電站鍋爐NOx生成機(jī)理及當(dāng)前主要低氮燃燒技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對國內(nèi)巴威公司和東方鍋爐廠兩種主要流派的“W”型火焰鍋爐開展了以降低氮氧化物排放為主要目的的燃燒調(diào)整試驗研究。通過對比試驗,證明了低氮燃燒調(diào)整可在較大程度上降低氮氧化物的排放。針對兩種改造方案進(jìn)行了低氮燃燒器改造和低氮燃燒調(diào)整測試。試驗表明,不同的改造方案對于節(jié)能、環(huán)保的影響效果不同,目前被廣泛應(yīng)用的燃燒器改造方案在具體實施過程中還進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化的空間。
[Abstract]:NOx is a kind of material which is harmful to human life. The main way of its formation is the combustion of fossil fuels such as coal and petroleum. In China, coal-fired power plants, cars and so on are the main places or equipment to produce NOx. With the large scale of thermal power units, a large number of new combustion methods such as "W" type flame boiler have been widely used. Due to the high furnace temperature and relatively high NOx emission index, the low nitrogen emission pressure of the W-type flame boiler is higher. Since 2008, China has become the world's largest thermal power installed capacity, the total amount of NOx emissions from thermal power plants is increasing. Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of NOx and the main low nitrogen combustion technologies in power plant boilers, The combustion adjustment experiment of "W" type flame boiler with the aim of reducing nitrogen oxide emission was carried out for two main types of "W" flame boiler of Bawei Company and Dongfang Boiler Plant in China. It is proved that low nitrogen combustion adjustment can reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides to a large extent. The low-nitrogen burner and low-nitrogen combustion adjustment test were carried out for two revamping schemes. The experimental results show that the effects of different retrofit schemes on energy saving and environmental protection are different, and the space for further optimization of the widely used burners in the process of implementation is also discussed.
