【摘要】:隨著近些年來電子技術(shù)與計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,人工智能技術(shù)也逐漸在各個行業(yè)中得以運用。在電力系統(tǒng)中,由于傳感技術(shù)發(fā)展和電子元器件的日益精密化、專業(yè)化和智能化的發(fā)展,對電力系統(tǒng)的發(fā)、輸、變各個環(huán)節(jié)中的設(shè)備運行都提出了自動化和智能化的要求。作為電力系統(tǒng)中的重要設(shè)備的斷路器,其工作的智能化要求也理所當然的被提出。由于斷路器的結(jié)構(gòu)一般都比較復(fù)雜,且其運行環(huán)境都較惡劣,傳統(tǒng)的人工檢測已經(jīng)很難滿足當前的智能化要求,此時需要利用當前先進的電子技術(shù)、傳感技術(shù)與計算機技術(shù)等對斷路器的工作運行狀態(tài)進行實時在線監(jiān)測,以提高其工作的智能化程度。本文結(jié)合傳感器技術(shù)、信號處理技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù),以TI公司的TMS28335MCU芯片為核心平臺,以斷路器為研究對象,實時檢測斷路器的機械特性及狀態(tài)特性。例如分合閘電流、斷路器觸頭行程、斷路器觸頭臂溫度等。并且根據(jù)這些狀態(tài)分析研究,當分析發(fā)現(xiàn)斷路器故障異常時,以TMS28335為核心平臺的監(jiān)控設(shè)備通過開出對斷路器進行保護和控制,同時將采集的數(shù)據(jù)通過裝置的串口實時上傳給上一控制層。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic technology and computer network technology in recent years, artificial intelligence technology has been gradually used in various industries. In power system, due to the development of sensing technology and the increasingly precision of electronic components and the development of specialization and intelligence, the requirements of automation and intelligence are put forward for the generation, transmission and operation of equipment in every link of power system. As an important equipment in power system, the intelligent working requirement of circuit breaker is put forward. Because the structure of circuit breaker is generally complex and its operating environment is bad, it is difficult for traditional manual detection to meet the current intelligent requirements. At this time, it is necessary to utilize the current advanced electronic technology. Sensor technology and computer technology are used to monitor the working state of circuit breaker in order to improve the intelligence of the circuit breaker. This paper combines sensor technology, signal processing technology, computer technology, taking the TMS28335MCU chip of TI company as the core platform, taking circuit breaker as the research object, and detecting the mechanical and state characteristics of the circuit breaker in real time. Such as switch-off current, circuit breaker contact stroke, circuit breaker contact arm temperature and so on. And according to these state analysis studies, when the fault of circuit breaker is found to be abnormal, the monitoring equipment with TMS28335 as the core platform can protect and control the circuit breaker by opening out. At the same time, the collected data is uploaded to the control layer through the serial port of the device in real time.
