濰坊電廠除塵器改造的技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:華電濰坊發(fā)電有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“濰坊公司”)2×670MW機(jī)組于2003年11月開(kāi)工建設(shè),2006年12月兩臺(tái)機(jī)組投產(chǎn),配套上海鍋爐廠設(shè)計(jì)制造的型號(hào)為SG-2102/25.4-M954超臨界參數(shù)變壓運(yùn)行直流鍋爐,鍋爐尾部配置菲達(dá)環(huán)保設(shè)計(jì)制造的雙室四電場(chǎng)電除塵器。依據(jù)《火電廠大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB13223-2011)相關(guān)規(guī)定,由于濰坊市屬于重點(diǎn)控制地區(qū),按新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求自2014年7月1日起,濰坊公司煙塵最高允許排放濃度為20mg/m3。為保證煙塵排放濃度達(dá)標(biāo),濰坊公司計(jì)劃對(duì)除塵器進(jìn)行改造。 通過(guò)對(duì)除塵器出口溫度和除塵效率的測(cè)試,在分析和實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,,設(shè)計(jì)改造方案,使除塵效果達(dá)到新的國(guó)家一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。通過(guò)對(duì)電除塵器改造方案的設(shè)計(jì)和分析論證,達(dá)到熟練掌握工業(yè)工程分析方法的目的。 本文主要工作: 1.收集并整理了摸底試驗(yàn)結(jié)果以及電除塵器日常運(yùn)行情況,并分析了結(jié)果后對(duì)電除塵器改造的必要性以及可行性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。 2.根據(jù)不同的研究方向與實(shí)際要求提出改造方案。 3.對(duì)各方案進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)對(duì)比論述。 4.綜合分析提出了最優(yōu)改造方案,并對(duì)相應(yīng)的配套工程提出了改造方案。 本文探討了電袋除塵器在工業(yè)應(yīng)用的推廣性與可行性。電除塵技術(shù)是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外比較成熟和應(yīng)用比較廣泛的發(fā)電廠除塵技術(shù)。袋式除塵器有著良好的除塵效果,兩者結(jié)合必然會(huì)產(chǎn)生前所未有的效果。復(fù)合式除塵器結(jié)合了電除塵和布袋除塵的優(yōu)點(diǎn),必然會(huì)成為發(fā)電企業(yè)在今后的升級(jí)改造中的趨勢(shì)而得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Huadian Weifang Power Generation Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Weifang Company") began construction of 2 脳 670MW units in November 2003 and put into operation two units in December 2006. The design and manufacture model of Shanghai Boiler Plant is SG-2102/25.4-M954 supercritical parameter variable pressure running once-through boiler. Boiler tail is equipped with Fida environmental protection design and manufacture of two-chamber four-electric field electrostatic precipitator. According to the relevant regulations of GB13223-2011), Weifang belongs to the key control area, according to the new standard requirement, the maximum allowable emission concentration of smoke and dust in Weifang Company is 20 mg / m ~ (3) from July 1, 2014. In order to ensure that the concentration of soot emission reaches the standard, Weifang Company plans to retrofit the dust collector. Through testing the outlet temperature and dust removal efficiency of the dust collector, on the basis of analysis and experiment, the retrofit scheme is designed to make the dust removal effect up to the new national first class discharge standard. Through the design and analysis of the retrofit scheme of the electrostatic precipitator, the purpose of mastering the analysis method of industrial engineering is achieved. The main work of this paper is: 1. This paper collects and arranges the test results and the daily operation of the electrostatic precipitator, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the transformation of the electrostatic precipitator. 2. According to different research directions and practical requirements, the modification scheme is put forward. 3. The comparison and discussion of each scheme are given in detail. 4. The optimal retrofit scheme is put forward by comprehensive analysis, and the corresponding supporting project is put forward. This paper discusses the popularization and feasibility of ESP in industrial application. Electric dust removal technology is a relatively mature and widely used dust removal technology in power plants at home and abroad. Bag dust collector has a good dust removal effect, the combination of the two will inevitably produce unprecedented results. Combined with the advantages of electric dust collection and cloth bag dust removal, the composite dust collector will inevitably become the trend of power generation enterprises in the future upgrading and transformation and will be widely used.
