單相光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的MATLAB仿真研究

【摘要】:隨著我國全年國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的不斷提高,對不可再生能源的依賴明顯過度。目前,能源危機問題日益明顯,所以,新型能源的應(yīng)用受到了越來越多的重視。其中,太陽能的可再生性以及清潔性等特點使其備受世界各國的關(guān)注,光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)也成為新型能源開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的一個重點發(fā)展方向。本文從提高光伏系統(tǒng)并網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定性的角度出發(fā),對光伏并網(wǎng)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)中的電池特性、逆變器控制策略、孤島檢測等問題開展了深入研究。 本文首先對光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的背景及意義進(jìn)行了介紹,對光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成及應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了分析。之后,在MATLAB/SIMULINK環(huán)境下對模型進(jìn)行了仿真,分析光強和溫度對其輸出的影響。 然后,對目前常用的幾種光伏并網(wǎng)控制策略進(jìn)行了介紹,在進(jìn)行比較后得出:使用電網(wǎng)電壓前饋和鎖相環(huán)技術(shù)的復(fù)合控制效果更為理想,,并且在MATLAB環(huán)境下的總諧波畸變率更;另外,研究了并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)在孤島效應(yīng)下的影響問題,對常見的孤島效應(yīng)檢測方式進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),縮短了反應(yīng)時間,提高了并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous increase of GDP in China, the dependence on non-renewable energy is obviously excessive. At present, the problem of energy crisis is becoming more and more obvious, so the application of new energy has been paid more and more attention. Among them, the renewable and clean characteristics of solar energy have attracted the attention of the world. Photovoltaic grid-connected system has also become a key development direction in the field of new energy development. From the point of view of improving the stability of grid-connected photovoltaic system, the cell characteristics, inverter control strategy and islanding detection in photovoltaic grid-connected generation system are studied in this paper. In this paper, the background and significance of grid-connected photovoltaic system are introduced, and the structure and application of grid-connected photovoltaic system are analyzed. Then, the model is simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, and the influence of light intensity and temperature on the output is analyzed. Then, several commonly used photovoltaic grid-connected control strategies are introduced. After comparison, it is concluded that the composite control effect of using voltage feedforward and phase-locked loop technology is more ideal, and the total harmonic distortion rate in MATLAB environment is smaller; In addition, the influence of the grid-connected system under the islanding effect is studied, and the common detection methods of the islanding effect are improved, the reaction time is shortened and the reliability of the grid-connected system is improved.
