開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)定子系統(tǒng)磁固耦合徑向振動(dòng)建模與分析

【摘要】:開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)(Switched Reluctance Motor簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng):SR電機(jī))因其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、可調(diào)性強(qiáng)、性能可靠,應(yīng)用廣泛,具有較高的的研究?jī)r(jià)值。而SR電機(jī)的凸極結(jié)構(gòu)和所加電流的脈沖性致使其有較高的振動(dòng)和噪音,這限制的SR電機(jī)的推廣應(yīng)用。因此很多年以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外的科學(xué)家都針對(duì)SR電機(jī)的振動(dòng)和噪音做出了不斷的研究。針對(duì)以往開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)定子系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)的研究中均未考慮磁固耦合這一局限性,本文主要做了以下幾方面工作一利用梁函數(shù)組合法求得SR電機(jī)定子系統(tǒng)的固有頻率和振型函數(shù)。二計(jì)算了SR電機(jī)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行時(shí)的定轉(zhuǎn)凸極所受到的徑向電磁力。該電磁力的建立是在考慮了電機(jī)定子系統(tǒng)徑向振動(dòng)位移對(duì)定轉(zhuǎn)子間氣隙長(zhǎng)度的影響下求得的。三建立SR電機(jī)定子系統(tǒng)磁固耦合徑向振動(dòng)的振動(dòng)微分方程,結(jié)合電磁力和定子系統(tǒng)的振型函數(shù)求得振動(dòng)方程的解。本文所建模型不僅符合實(shí)際開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及運(yùn)行特點(diǎn),而且較為準(zhǔn)確的描述磁固耦合情況下結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和控制參數(shù)對(duì)徑向電磁力和徑向振動(dòng)位移的影響。基于上述SR電機(jī)的模型,可以更好的對(duì)SR電機(jī)的振動(dòng)和噪音的降低和控制進(jìn)行研究改進(jìn)。以一臺(tái)8/6樣機(jī)為例,本文將所求結(jié)果與二維有限元分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了所建模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) has high research value because of its simple structure, strong tunability, reliable performance and wide application. However, the salient structure of SR motor and the pulse of applied current make it have higher vibration and noise, which limits the popularization and application of SR motor. Therefore, for many years, scientists at home and abroad have made continuous research on the vibration and noise of SR motors. In view of the limitation of the previous researches on the vibration of the fixed subsystem of SRM, the following work has been done in this paper: (1) the natural frequency and mode function of the stator system of SRM are obtained by using the beam function combination method. Second, the radial electromagnetic force of the constant rotation salient is calculated when the SR motor is running stably. The establishment of the electromagnetic force is based on the consideration of the influence of the radial vibration displacement of the stator subsystem on the air gap length between the stator and rotor. The vibration differential equation of the magneto-solid coupling radial vibration of SR motor is established, and the solution of the vibration equation is obtained by combining the electromagnetic force with the vibration function of the stator system. The model not only accords with the structure and operation characteristics of the switched reluctance motor, but also accurately describes the influence of the structure parameters and control parameters on the radial electromagnetic force and the radial vibration displacement in the case of magneto-solid coupling. Based on the model of SR motor, the vibration and noise reduction and control of SR motor can be better studied and improved. Taking an 8 / 6 prototype as an example, the results obtained in this paper are compared with the results of two-dimensional finite element analysis, and the validity of the proposed model is verified.
