碳酸銫陰極緩沖層對(duì)有機(jī)太陽(yáng)電池器件性能的影響

【摘要】:以poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)作為電池給體材料,[6,6]-phenyl-C60-butyric acid methyl ester(PC61BM)為電池受體材料,使用Cs2CO3作為電池的陰極修飾層,通過(guò)測(cè)量不同條件下制備的器件的J-V曲線和轉(zhuǎn)換效率,研究了Cs2CO3的厚度以及退火溫度對(duì)電池器件性能的影響。結(jié)果表明在2000 r/min轉(zhuǎn)速下旋涂Cs2CO3并在130℃溫度下進(jìn)行退火10 min,電池的短路電流、填充因子、轉(zhuǎn)換效率分別提高到11.56 m A/cm2、58.28%、3.37%,與未處理的器件相比效率提高了16%,而且使用碳酸銫作為陰極緩沖層可以有效的提高電池的穩(wěn)定性,延長(zhǎng)器件的壽命。
[Abstract]:Poly (3-hexylthiopheneated) P3HT was used as the battery donor, and [6F6] -phenyl-C60-butyric acid methyl estern PC61BMM was used as the battery receptor material. Cs2CO3 was used as the cathode modification layer of the battery. The J-V curves and conversion efficiency of the devices prepared under different conditions were measured. The effects of the thickness of Cs2CO3 and annealing temperature on the performance of the battery are studied. The results showed that the short circuit current and filling factor of the battery were spin-coated with Cs2CO3 at 2000 r/min and annealed at 130 鈩,
