【摘要】:配電室作為電力系統(tǒng)中的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,對于配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高效穩(wěn)定運行有著重要的意義。在我國當前的廣大地區(qū),配電室安全監(jiān)控工作的信息化與自動化程度比較低,仍主要依靠人工現(xiàn)場管理方式,錯誤率高、實時性不強,嚴重影響了當?shù)嘏潆娋W(wǎng)絡(luò)的正常運行,因此如何利用信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)等手段實現(xiàn)配電室電力設(shè)備的自動遠程監(jiān)控,是當前各國電力部門面臨的重要挑戰(zhàn)之一。本文以軟件工程學中的軟件開發(fā)理論與方法論為指導,通過對當前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于配電室自動監(jiān)控的現(xiàn)狀以及配電室監(jiān)控市場進行詳盡調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合四川省綿陽市電力系統(tǒng)的實際情況,以四川省電力公司綿陽電業(yè)局設(shè)計開發(fā)的配電室遠程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)SMS2000為研究對象,介紹該系統(tǒng)在.NET開發(fā)平臺與Microsoft SQL2000數(shù)據(jù)庫環(huán)境下的實現(xiàn)過程。本文首先介紹了SMS2000系統(tǒng)的項目背景與研究意義、當前國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的研究內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新點以及研究方法;其次簡要介紹了項目設(shè)計與開發(fā)中涉及到的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ),包括軟件工程、以太網(wǎng)通信技術(shù)、UML建模技術(shù)、.NET開發(fā)技術(shù)、UDP通信技術(shù)以及中間件技術(shù)等方面;最后依據(jù)軟件工程的相關(guān)理論,詳細介紹了SMS2000系統(tǒng)的需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計以及系統(tǒng)編碼實現(xiàn)以及系統(tǒng)測試過程等,并對本文的工作進行了總結(jié)與展望。通過在綿陽市配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)中安裝部署SMS2000系統(tǒng),可以實現(xiàn)對配電室的遠程智能監(jiān)控,提高用電管理工作效率與質(zhì)量,為設(shè)備檢修人員提供故障定位與決策信息,是當前城市配電網(wǎng)自動化、信息化的有效保證,因此本文的工作具有較高的理論價值和實際意義。
[Abstract]:As the infrastructure of power system, distribution room is of great significance for the efficient and stable operation of distribution network. In the vast area of our country, the degree of information and automation of the security monitoring work of distribution room is relatively low, it still mainly relies on the management mode of artificial field, the error rate is high and the real time is not strong, which seriously affects the normal operation of the local distribution network. Therefore, how to use information technology, network communication technology and other means to realize automatic remote monitoring of power equipment in distribution room is one of the important challenges facing power departments in various countries. Under the guidance of software development theory and methodology in software engineering, this paper makes a detailed investigation on the current situation of distribution room automatic monitoring at home and abroad and the market of distribution room monitoring. According to the actual situation of electric power system in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, the remote monitoring system SMS2000 of distribution room, which is designed and developed by Mianyang Electric Power Bureau of Sichuan Electric Power Company, is taken as the research object. This paper introduces the implementation of the system under the environment of. Net development platform and Microsoft SQL2000 database. This paper first introduces the project background and research significance of SMS2000 system, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research contents, innovation points and research methods, and then briefly introduces the relevant theoretical basis involved in the project design and development. Including software engineering, Ethernet communication technology, UML modeling technology,. Net development technology, UDP-communication technology and middleware technology, etc. Finally, according to the related theory of software engineering, the requirement analysis of SMS2000 system is introduced in detail. The design of the system, the implementation of the system coding and the process of system testing are summarized and prospected. Through the installation and deployment of SMS2000 system in Mianyang distribution network, the remote intelligent monitoring of distribution room can be realized, the efficiency and quality of power management can be improved, and fault location and decision information can be provided for equipment maintenance personnel. It is an effective guarantee for the automation and informatization of urban distribution network, so the work of this paper has high theoretical value and practical significance.
