基于不連續(xù)PWM調(diào)制的儲能逆變器研究

【摘要】:隨著全球性能源危機(jī)的不斷加劇,基于新能源的分布式發(fā)電系統(tǒng)受到廣泛關(guān)注和快速發(fā)展。由于太陽能、風(fēng)能的隨機(jī)性特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致在用電高峰期不能提供足夠電能,在用電低峰時發(fā)出過剩電能的問題。電池通過儲能逆變器與分布式電網(wǎng)的能量雙向流動達(dá)到為分布式發(fā)電消峰平谷的作用,有效解決了以上不平衡問題。儲能逆變器作為分布式發(fā)電中的一個重要組成部分,其變換效率的提高成為眾多學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文以儲能逆變器為研究對象,圍繞其調(diào)制策略、主電路參數(shù)設(shè)計等問題展開深入研究。首先,分析三相儲能逆變器的數(shù)學(xué)模型與控制系統(tǒng)。在主電路拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和基本工作原理分析基礎(chǔ)之上,建立系統(tǒng)abc、αβ、dq坐標(biāo)下的數(shù)學(xué)模型,揭示了網(wǎng)側(cè)電流與交流側(cè)電壓之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系。同時介紹了三相儲能逆變器系統(tǒng)控制結(jié)構(gòu),分析了PWM調(diào)制在儲能逆變器中的作用。其次,研究了不連續(xù)脈寬調(diào)制(DPWM)策略。首先介紹了PWM調(diào)制類型。然后,推導(dǎo)了4種DPWM調(diào)制策略的開關(guān)損耗與功率因數(shù)角之間的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。論文以調(diào)制電壓和輸出電流大小為依據(jù)獲得了零序電壓表達(dá)式,根據(jù)零序電壓與對應(yīng)DPWM調(diào)制策略的關(guān)系,給出了損耗最小的調(diào)制信號實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。最后,通過一個周期PWM波形的傅里葉展開,得到了DPWM調(diào)制輸出相電壓的頻譜分布,為后續(xù)LCL參數(shù)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計提供基礎(chǔ)。然后,針對DPWM調(diào)制輸出諧波增大的問題,提出了一種新的LCL濾波器設(shè)計方法。通過LCL數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了LCL型濾波器的濾波特性以及各個參數(shù)對其濾波效果的影響,給出了一種基于DPWM調(diào)制策略的LCL參數(shù)設(shè)計方法。根據(jù)以上對PWM調(diào)制輸出相電壓頻譜分析結(jié)果,重新計算了DPWM調(diào)制和連續(xù)脈寬調(diào)制(CPWM)產(chǎn)生諧波電流值,并算出一組實(shí)驗平臺參數(shù)。最后,對以上的DPWM調(diào)制實(shí)現(xiàn)方法和新的LCL濾波器設(shè)計方法的正確性進(jìn)行仿真和實(shí)驗驗證。通過對仿真和實(shí)驗所得儲能逆變器輸出相電壓的傅里葉分解,驗證了諧波計算方法的正確性。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明儲能逆變器效率得到了有效提高,同時輸出電流諧波符合設(shè)計要求。這充分證明了本文所采用調(diào)制方法的有效性和LCL濾波器參數(shù)設(shè)計的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the global energy crisis, the distributed generation system based on new energy has received extensive attention and rapid development. Due to the randomness of solar and wind energy, it is difficult to provide enough power during the peak period and emit excess power at low peak. The energy bidirectional flow between the energy storage inverter and the distributed power grid can achieve the function of eliminating the peak and the valley of the distributed generation, which effectively solves the above imbalance problem. As an important part of distributed generation, the efficiency of energy storage inverter has become the focus of many scholars. In this paper, the energy storage inverter is studied, including its modulation strategy and the design of main circuit parameters. Firstly, the mathematical model and control system of three-phase energy storage inverter are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the topology and the basic working principle of the main circuit, the mathematical model of the system abc, 偽 尾 -dq is established, and the mathematical relationship between the current on the grid side and the voltage on the AC side is revealed. At the same time, the control structure of three-phase energy storage inverter is introduced, and the function of PWM modulation in energy storage inverter is analyzed. Secondly, the discontinuous pulse width modulation (DPWM) strategy is studied. First, the PWM modulation type is introduced. Then, the relationship between switching loss and power factor angle of four DPWM modulation strategies is deduced. According to the magnitude of modulation voltage and output current, the expression of zero-sequence voltage is obtained. According to the relation between zero-sequence voltage and corresponding DPWM modulation strategy, the realization method of modulation signal with minimum loss is given. Finally, by Fourier expansion of a periodic PWM waveform, the spectrum distribution of the output phase voltage of DPWM modulation is obtained, which provides a basis for the optimization design of the subsequent LCL parameters. Then, a new design method of LCL filter is proposed to solve the problem of harmonic increase of DPWM modulation output. Based on the LCL mathematical model, the filtering characteristics of LCL filter and the influence of various parameters on its filtering effect are analyzed. A LCL parameter design method based on DPWM modulation strategy is presented. Based on the analysis of the output voltage spectrum of PWM modulation, the harmonic current generated by DPWM modulation and continuous pulse width modulation is re-calculated, and a set of experimental platform parameters are calculated. Finally, the correctness of the above DPWM modulation realization method and the new LCL filter design method are simulated and verified by experiments. The harmonic calculation method is verified by Fourier decomposition of the output phase voltage of the energy storage inverter obtained by simulation and experiment. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the energy storage inverter is improved effectively and the output current harmonics meet the design requirements. This fully proves the validity of the modulation method used in this paper and the correctness of the LCL filter parameter design.
