大風(fēng)電場(chǎng)內(nèi)部故障特性的研究

【摘要】:風(fēng)電技術(shù)作為最具發(fā)展前景的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),是我國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)能源危機(jī)、環(huán)境問題、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的最佳選擇。隨著大規(guī)模的風(fēng)電場(chǎng)并網(wǎng),電網(wǎng)對(duì)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的運(yùn)行要求也逐步提高。在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中,風(fēng)電場(chǎng)集電線路保護(hù)配置不合理,容易擴(kuò)大事故范圍,導(dǎo)致整個(gè)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的風(fēng)電機(jī)組連鎖脫網(wǎng),嚴(yán)重威脅電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。因此,研究風(fēng)電場(chǎng)內(nèi)部的保護(hù)原理,尤其是集電線路的保護(hù)和配置原則,對(duì)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)風(fēng)電技術(shù)的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。根據(jù)風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的參數(shù)和實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,在PSCAD/EMTDC平臺(tái)上搭建風(fēng)電場(chǎng)的模型;仿真風(fēng)速波動(dòng)和各類外部故障時(shí),風(fēng)電機(jī)組的輸出特性,定量分析風(fēng)電機(jī)組輸出的短路電流;根據(jù)目前風(fēng)電場(chǎng)配置的繼電保護(hù),給出集電線路保護(hù)配置的整定值,并指出目前保護(hù)存在的問題;結(jié)合風(fēng)電機(jī)組的低電壓穿越特性,重新定義集電線路電流保護(hù)I段的整定原則,即短路電流應(yīng)躲過本集電線路全部機(jī)組剛好脫網(wǎng)的最小短路電流,并增加方向元件以防止非故障線路的誤動(dòng)作;建議未來風(fēng)電場(chǎng)保護(hù)應(yīng)考慮風(fēng)電機(jī)組的電源特性,利用光纖電流差動(dòng)保護(hù)實(shí)現(xiàn)集電線路全線速動(dòng);通過仿真比較目前集電線路電流保護(hù)、改進(jìn)電流保護(hù)和光纖電流差動(dòng)保護(hù)三種方案,驗(yàn)證了改進(jìn)方案和電流差動(dòng)方案可以有效的提高保護(hù)的快速性和選擇性,降低了大規(guī)模風(fēng)電機(jī)組發(fā)生連鎖脫網(wǎng)事故的可能性。
[Abstract]:Wind power technology, as the most promising emerging industry, is the best choice for our country to deal with the energy crisis, environmental problems and realize sustainable development. With the large-scale wind farms connected to the grid, the grid operation requirements for wind farms are gradually raised. In the actual operation, the protection configuration of the wind farm collecting line is unreasonable, and it is easy to expand the scope of the accident, which causes the wind turbine of the whole wind farm to be unconnected, which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the power system. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of wind power technology in our country to study the protection principle of wind farm, especially the protection and configuration principle of collecting line. According to the parameters and actual operation of wind farm, the model of wind farm is built on PSCAD/EMTDC platform, the output characteristics of wind turbine are simulated when wind speed fluctuates and various external faults, and the short-circuit current output of wind turbine is quantitatively analyzed. According to the relay protection of wind farm at present, the setting value of collector line protection is given, and the existing problems of current protection are pointed out, and the low voltage traversing characteristic of wind turbine is combined. The setting principle of current protection section I of collector line is redefined, that is, the short circuit current should avoid the minimum short circuit current that all the units of this collection line are just off the grid, and the directional element should be added to prevent the maloperation of the non-fault line. It is suggested that the future wind farm protection should take into account the power characteristics of wind turbine units, and use fiber optic current differential protection to realize the full line quick operation of the collector line, and compare the current protection of the current collector line with that of the current collector line through simulation. Three schemes of improved current protection and fiber current differential protection are proved to be effective in improving the rapidity and selectivity of the protection and reducing the possibility of cascading decoupling accidents in large-scale wind turbines.
