雙足壓電電機的驅(qū)動與控制技術(shù)

【摘要】:根據(jù)疊層壓電陶瓷的容性特性以及本課題組設(shè)計的正交耦合式和三角轉(zhuǎn)換式兩種雙足非共振壓電直線電機的工作機理,設(shè)計了線性運放跟隨式和開關(guān)式兩種驅(qū)動電路。另外設(shè)計了RS-232電平與TTL電平的轉(zhuǎn)換電路,并使用Matlab編寫了人機控制界面,在控制界面上操作按鍵即可讓計算機作為上位機給PSoC3發(fā)送指令來控制電機的運行狀況。本文的內(nèi)容主要包括以下5個方面:(1)概述了壓電直線電機及其應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,對當(dāng)前疊層壓電陶瓷的驅(qū)動模式和壓電直線電機的驅(qū)動及控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并分析了現(xiàn)有驅(qū)動及控制技術(shù)的不足。(2)分析了PT0707型號的疊層壓電陶瓷的動態(tài)輸出特性,介紹了本課題組設(shè)計的正交耦合式和三角轉(zhuǎn)換式兩種雙足壓電直線電機的結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作機理,并提出了驅(qū)動控制器的設(shè)計要求。(3)設(shè)計了線性運放跟隨式和開關(guān)式兩種驅(qū)動電路,詳細(xì)描述了線性運放跟隨式驅(qū)動電路的信號發(fā)生器、電壓及功率放大電路和可調(diào)直流穩(wěn)壓電源三個組成部分的設(shè)計過程,并闡述了開關(guān)管驅(qū)動電路的自舉升壓原理以及PWM驅(qū)動信號的產(chǎn)生過程。(4)描述了電機的控制流程,并對線性運放跟隨式和開關(guān)式驅(qū)動電路的調(diào)壓、調(diào)頻、啟?刂埔约罢催\行的控制方法進(jìn)行了研究。使用UART模塊實現(xiàn)PC機與PSoC3的通信,并用Matlab進(jìn)行了人機控制界面的編寫,便于控制電機運行。(5)對兩種驅(qū)動電路分別進(jìn)行了波形產(chǎn)生實驗,線性運放跟隨式驅(qū)動電路可以輸出4組相差90°帶正向偏置的正弦波/方波/三角波信號,開關(guān)式驅(qū)動電路能夠輸出4組相差90°的方波信號,它們均可以實現(xiàn)電壓和頻率的獨立調(diào)節(jié)。最后對兩種電機進(jìn)行了綜合實驗驗證,驗證了驅(qū)動控制器的實用性。
[Abstract]:According to the capacitive characteristics of laminated piezoelectric ceramics and the working mechanism of two kinds of biped non-resonant piezoelectric linear motors designed by our team, two kinds of driving circuits are designed: linear operational amplifier follower and switch type. In addition, the conversion circuit between RS-232 level and TTL level is designed, and the man-machine control interface is written with Matlab. The computer can send instructions to PSoC3 as the host computer to control the running condition of the motor by operating the keys on the control interface. The main contents of this paper include the following five aspects: 1) the piezoelectric linear motor and its application status are summarized. The driving mode of the laminated piezoelectric ceramic and the drive and control technology of the piezoelectric linear motor are summarized. The dynamic output characteristics of PT0707 type laminated piezoelectric ceramics are analyzed. This paper introduces the structure and working mechanism of two kinds of biped piezoelectric linear motor designed by our group. The design requirements of the driving controller are also put forward. Two kinds of driving circuits, linear operational amplifier follower and switch type, are designed. The design process of signal generator, voltage and power amplifier circuit and adjustable DC steady voltage power supply are described in detail. The bootstrap principle of the drive circuit and the generating process of the PWM driving signal are described. The control flow of the motor is described. The voltage regulation and frequency modulation of the linear operational amplifier follower and the switched drive circuit are also given. The starting and stopping control and the control method of positive and negative operation are studied. The communication between PC and PSoC3 is realized by using UART module, and the man-machine control interface is compiled by Matlab, which is convenient to control motor running. Four sets of sinusoidal / square / triangular wave signals with 90 擄difference of forward bias can be output by the following driving circuit of linear operational amplifier, and four sets of square wave signals with 90 擄difference can be output by the switched drive circuit. Both of them can realize independent regulation of voltage and frequency. Finally, the two kinds of motors are verified by comprehensive experiments, and the practicability of the drive controller is verified.
