開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。首先介紹了課題的研究背景和意義。在分析開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的電流斬波控制、電壓PWM控制和角度位置控制三種基本控制方式特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了本文開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)的控制方案。針對(duì)開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)調(diào)速控制,進(jìn)行了模糊調(diào)節(jié)器的分析和設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)了開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的功率變換器、驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、位置檢測(cè)電路以及電流檢測(cè)電路。分別基于DSP和FPGA兩種芯片進(jìn)行了開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)嵌入式控制器的設(shè)計(jì)。硬件方面設(shè)計(jì)了DSP最小系統(tǒng)、FPGA最小系統(tǒng)、位置信號(hào)整形與光電隔離電路、輸出信號(hào)邏輯綜合與光電隔離電路以及上位機(jī)通訊電路,并對(duì)控制電路板的位置信號(hào)響應(yīng)延遲進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明DSP和FPGA兩種控制器都能滿足開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)控制要求,,而FPGA在邏輯處理方面的速度明顯優(yōu)于DSP。軟件方面:基于DSP的開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)嵌入式控制器,嵌入式框架已經(jīng)固定,需進(jìn)行外設(shè)的配置和控制程序的開發(fā),文中給出了程序流程圖;基于FPGA的開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)嵌入式控制器,應(yīng)用HDL進(jìn)行了嵌入式框架的構(gòu)建和功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)用C語言對(duì)框架內(nèi)嵌入的微處理器內(nèi)核MicroBlaze進(jìn)行了控制程序的開發(fā)。在本文所設(shè)計(jì)軟硬件平臺(tái)上,完成了開關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)的調(diào)速實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the embedded control system of switched reluctance motor (SRM). Firstly, the background and significance of the research are introduced. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of current chopping control, voltage PWM control and angle position control of switched reluctance motor, the control scheme of embedded control system for switched reluctance motor is presented in this paper. The analysis and design of fuzzy regulator for speed control of switched reluctance motor are carried out. The power converter, drive circuit, position detection circuit and current detection circuit of switched reluctance motor control system are designed. The embedded controller of switched reluctance motor is designed based on DSP and FPGA. In the aspect of hardware, the DSP minimum system is designed, the position signal shaping and photoelectric isolating circuit, the output signal logic synthesis and photoelectric isolation circuit, and the communication circuit of upper computer are designed. The response delay of the position signal of the control circuit board is tested. The results show that both DSP and FPGA controllers can meet the control requirements of switched reluctance motor, and the speed of FPGA in logic processing is obviously better than that of DSP. Software: the embedded controller of switched reluctance motor based on DSP, the embedded frame has been fixed, the configuration of peripheral equipment and the development of control program are needed. The program flow chart is given in this paper, the embedded controller of switched reluctance motor based on FPGA, the embedded controller of switched reluctance motor based on FPGA, The embedded frame and function module are designed with HDL, and the control program of embedded microprocessor kernel MicroBlaze is developed by C language. On the platform of hardware and software designed in this paper, the speed regulation experiment of the embedded control system of switched reluctance motor is completed, and the experimental results are analyzed.
