大規(guī)模光伏電站接入電網(wǎng)可調(diào)節(jié)魯棒優(yōu)化調(diào)度

【摘要】:隨著光伏電站接入電網(wǎng)的比例不斷提高,光伏電站出力的隨機(jī)性和波動(dòng)性給電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度帶來(lái)較大影響。為保證優(yōu)化調(diào)度的可靠性,提出將盒式集合魯棒優(yōu)化理論引入到含大規(guī)模光伏電站的電力系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化調(diào)度中。同時(shí)為了協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)調(diào)度中可靠性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性之間的矛盾,提出引入不確定性預(yù)算的概念以實(shí)現(xiàn)不確定區(qū)間可調(diào)節(jié)魯棒優(yōu)化,彌補(bǔ)盒式集合魯棒優(yōu)化偏于保守的不足,構(gòu)建可靠性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性相協(xié)調(diào)的含光伏電站的電力系統(tǒng)不確定區(qū)間可調(diào)節(jié)魯棒優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型。并根據(jù)所構(gòu)建的優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型推導(dǎo)出一個(gè)不確定性預(yù)算決策方法,從而降低不確定性預(yù)算決策的盲目性。最后采用微分進(jìn)化算法對(duì)提出的動(dòng)態(tài)優(yōu)化調(diào)度問(wèn)題進(jìn)行求解,并用算例進(jìn)行測(cè)試,結(jié)果驗(yàn)證所構(gòu)模型的可行性和合理性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing proportion of photovoltaic power stations connected to the power grid, the randomness and volatility of the photovoltaic power generation forces have a great impact on the optimal dispatching of the power system. In order to ensure the reliability of optimal scheduling, a box-set robust optimization theory is proposed for optimal dispatching of power systems with large-scale photovoltaic power plants. In order to coordinate the contradiction between reliability and economy in system scheduling, the concept of uncertain budget is introduced to realize uncertain interval adjustable robust optimization, which makes up for the conservative deficiency of box-set robust optimization. In this paper, a robust optimal scheduling model of uncertain interval for power system with photovoltaic power plants is proposed, which is compatible with reliability and economy. According to the optimal scheduling model, an uncertain budget decision making method is derived to reduce the blindness of uncertain budget decision. Finally, a differential evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the dynamic optimal scheduling problem, and an example is used to test the feasibility and rationality of the proposed model.
