風(fēng)電消納能力分析評估系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:風(fēng)電在我國的發(fā)展由最初的分散零星開發(fā)、就地消納模式向規(guī);、集約化和遠(yuǎn)程、高電壓輸送模式轉(zhuǎn)變。但是這一轉(zhuǎn)變模式也帶來一些問題,如風(fēng)電的無序過度開發(fā)導(dǎo)致風(fēng)電消納能力低下,出現(xiàn)大規(guī)模棄風(fēng)和調(diào)峰困難現(xiàn)象,不但浪費資源而且給系統(tǒng)運行帶來一定的困難和危險。黑龍江作為我國風(fēng)能資源最為豐富的省份之一,為了合理規(guī)劃黑龍江的風(fēng)電開發(fā)及其電量消納,本文開發(fā)了風(fēng)電消納能力分析與評估系統(tǒng)。 首先,經(jīng)過對目前已有風(fēng)電消納理論進(jìn)行深入分析,總結(jié)得出了目前影響風(fēng)電消納的因素和存在的風(fēng)電消納方法;其次,本文定義了關(guān)口屬性,方便了開發(fā)過程中各種電力、電量的準(zhǔn)確快速獲取,同時也避免了諸如新增關(guān)口或關(guān)口屬性變更后對相應(yīng)公式的修改;最后,根據(jù)黑龍江省地理特點及風(fēng)能資源分布特點對黑龍江進(jìn)行地區(qū)劃分,方便對不同地區(qū)風(fēng)電消納能力的計算。從系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰的角度提出了本文風(fēng)電消納能力的算法,對黑龍江風(fēng)電消納能力進(jìn)行了分析與計算,并開發(fā)了人機界面友好的系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)通過分析黑龍江現(xiàn)有的電能數(shù)據(jù),從系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰的角度分析黑龍江風(fēng)電消納能力,避免風(fēng)電的無序開發(fā)和建設(shè),實現(xiàn)風(fēng)能的充分合理利用,為未來黑龍江電網(wǎng)的電源和電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃提供必要的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The development of wind power in China has changed from initial scattered development and local absorption mode to large-scale, intensive and remote, high-voltage transmission mode. However, this transformation mode also brings some problems, such as the unordered overdevelopment of wind power, which leads to the low capacity of wind power absorption, the phenomenon of large-scale wind abandonment and peak shaving, which not only wastes resources but also brings some difficulties and dangers to the system operation. Heilongjiang is one of the most abundant provinces of wind energy resources in China. In order to reasonably plan the wind power development and power consumption in Heilongjiang, this paper develops the wind power capacity analysis and evaluation system. First of all, through the thorough analysis of the existing wind power absorption theory, the paper summarizes the factors that affect the wind power consumption and the existing wind power absorption methods; secondly, this paper defines the gate attribute, which facilitates the development of various kinds of electric power. At the same time, it avoids the modification of the corresponding formula after the change of the new gate or the attribute of the gate. Finally, according to the geographical characteristics of Heilongjiang Province and the distribution characteristics of wind energy resources, the region of Heilongjiang Province is divided. It is convenient to calculate the absorption capacity of wind power in different areas. From the point of view of system peak shaving, this paper puts forward an algorithm of wind power absorption capacity in this paper, analyzes and calculates the wind power absorption capacity of Heilongjiang province, and develops a man-machine interface friendly system. Through analyzing the existing electric energy data in Heilongjiang, the system analyzes the wind power absorption capacity of Heilongjiang from the angle of peak shaving system, avoids the disorderly development and construction of wind power, and realizes the full and reasonable utilization of wind energy. Provide necessary technical support for power supply and power network planning of Heilongjiang power grid in the future.
