【摘要】：配電開(kāi)關(guān)振動(dòng)信號(hào)具有非線(xiàn)性非平穩(wěn)特性,蘊(yùn)含有機(jī)械狀態(tài)信息。提出一種采用時(shí)頻矩陣奇異值分解的配電開(kāi)關(guān)振動(dòng)信號(hào)特征量提取方法,對(duì)振動(dòng)信號(hào)做希爾伯特-黃變換以進(jìn)行帶通濾波,構(gòu)造其時(shí)頻矩陣,對(duì)該矩陣進(jìn)行奇異值分解,可將振動(dòng)信號(hào)的特征信息分解到不同的時(shí)頻子空間,以得到的時(shí)頻矩陣奇異值作為振動(dòng)信號(hào)的特征量,用于表征配電開(kāi)關(guān)的機(jī)械狀態(tài)。對(duì)配電開(kāi)關(guān)在正常及卸掉A相觸頭絕緣拉桿、機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)卡澀、底座螺絲松動(dòng)等3種典型故障情況下實(shí)測(cè)振動(dòng)信號(hào)的時(shí)頻矩陣奇異值做模糊c均值聚類(lèi),結(jié)果表明該特征量能夠準(zhǔn)確、有效地表征配電開(kāi)關(guān)的機(jī)械狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The vibration signal of the distribution switch has nonlinear non-stationary characteristics and contains the information of mechanical state. A method of extracting the eigenvalue of the vibration signal of a distribution switch using the singular value decomposition of time frequency matrix is proposed. The vibration signal is made by Hilbert yellow transform to carry on the bandpass filter, and its time frequency matrix is constructed, and the singular value decomposition of the matrix is carried out. The characteristic information of the vibration signal is decomposed to different time frequency subspaces, and the singular value of the time frequency matrix is used as the eigenvalue of the vibration signal to characterize the mechanical state of the distribution switch. The distribution switches are measured in 3 typical failures, such as the normal and unloading of the insulation rod of the A phase contact, the astringent mechanical structure and the loosening of the bottom screw. The fuzzy C means clustering is applied to the singular value of the time-frequency matrix of the dynamic signal. The results show that the characteristic quantity can accurately and effectively represent the mechanical state of the distribution switch.
