【摘要】：介紹流體動壓徑向滑動軸承的工作原理及油膜不同于一般機械元件的工作特點,分析載荷與軸承動力學特性的關(guān)系。通過建立轉(zhuǎn)子-支承力學模型并推導(dǎo)公式,得出軸承載荷過輕會引起油膜剛度弱,導(dǎo)致振動增大,嚴重時會引起油膜失穩(wěn)的結(jié)論,并結(jié)合工程案例分析以上兩種情況。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the working principle of the hydrodynamic journal bearing and the characteristics of the oil film different from the general mechanical element, analyzes the relationship between the load and the dynamic characteristics of the bearing. By establishing the mechanical model of the rotor bearing and deriving the formula, it is concluded that the excessive load of the shaft will cause the weak oil film stiffness and cause the vibration to increase, and the oil film is lost when the oil film is serious. Stable conclusion, combined with engineering case analysis of the above two situations.
