人工電壓脈沖與局部放電UHF信號的等效性分析

【摘要】:使用人工電壓脈沖向GIS內(nèi)部注入與局部放電等效的特高頻(ultra-high-frequency,UHF)電磁波信號是UHF檢測系統(tǒng)靈敏度現(xiàn)場校驗的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。通過實驗研究人工電壓脈沖與局部放電UHF信號的時域幅值和頻譜分布差異。建立了基于220 kV的GIS設(shè)備的局部放電UHF測試平臺,在靠近出線的腔體內(nèi)分別用局部放電缺陷和人工電壓脈沖發(fā)射UHF電磁波,利用安裝在4個典型部位的圓盤形天線接收UHF信號。通過測量各部位的信號幅值,對比人工電壓脈沖與局部放電UHF信號的衰減程度;通過對信號波形作傅立葉變換,對比2種信號的頻譜分布。研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過斷路器后人工電壓脈沖的信號衰減程度略大于局部放電,人工電壓脈沖的頻譜分布接近于局部放電,且人工電壓脈沖電壓波形的上升時間在0.3?1 ns范圍變化時對UHF電磁波信號頻譜分布沒有影響。對于開展UHF檢測系統(tǒng)靈敏度現(xiàn)場校驗工作具有重要指導意義。
[Abstract]:The injection of UHF ultra-high-frequency UHF signals equivalent to partial discharge into GIS using artificial voltage pulses is a key link in the field calibration of the sensitivity of UHF detection system. The time-domain amplitudes and spectral distributions of artificial voltage pulses and partial discharge UHF signals are studied experimentally. A partial discharge UHF test platform based on 220kV GIS equipment is established. The UHF electromagnetic waves are transmitted by partial discharge defects and artificial voltage pulses in the cavity near the output line, and the UHF signals are received by the disk antenna installed in four typical positions. The attenuation degree of artificial voltage pulse and partial discharge UHF signal is compared by measuring the signal amplitudes of each position, and the spectrum distribution of the two signals is contrasted by Fourier transform of the signal waveform. The results show that the attenuation degree of artificial voltage pulse after circuit breaker is slightly greater than that of partial discharge, and the spectrum distribution of artificial voltage pulse is close to partial discharge. When the rise time of the artificial voltage pulse voltage waveform changes in the range of 0.3 ~ 1 ns, it has no effect on the spectrum distribution of the UHF electromagnetic wave signal. It is of great significance to carry out the field calibration of the sensitivity of UHF detection system.
