大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)“黑啟動(dòng)”調(diào)度預(yù)案及全過程仿真研究

【摘要】:本文研究了大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的“黑啟動(dòng)”調(diào)度預(yù)案。其獨(dú)到之處在于根據(jù)大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)實(shí)際情況選取小火電為黑啟動(dòng)電源,并對(duì)黑啟動(dòng)實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的研究。同時(shí)本文還對(duì)大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)“黑啟動(dòng)”過程中的一些難點(diǎn),包括在長(zhǎng)線路過電壓方面、在機(jī)組自勵(lì)磁方面、逐步恢復(fù)系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷等方面問題進(jìn)行了分析。本文為大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)“黑啟動(dòng)”奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)和牢固的基礎(chǔ)。本文首先探討了電網(wǎng)“黑啟動(dòng)”概念及技術(shù)要求。進(jìn)行“黑啟動(dòng)”,應(yīng)保證有可靠的起動(dòng)電源。然后根據(jù)大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行方式,最后確立最終的“黑啟動(dòng)”路徑。本文還研究了在大同地區(qū)“黑啟動(dòng)”的過程中的一些難點(diǎn)及其對(duì)策。對(duì)大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)的發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的調(diào)查、研究,并對(duì)具備自啟動(dòng)能力的機(jī)組進(jìn)行可行性比較后,我們?cè)诖笸貐^(qū)電網(wǎng)突然發(fā)生全黑時(shí),所轄發(fā)電廠在失去廠用電的情況下,選取長(zhǎng)青電廠3#4#機(jī)作為黑啟動(dòng)的起動(dòng)電源。在長(zhǎng)青電廠3#4#機(jī)啟動(dòng)成功以后,立刻啟動(dòng)保持鍋爐熱態(tài)時(shí)間短的電廠機(jī)組,迅速給同煤電廠送廠用電。本文進(jìn)過了精確的理論計(jì)算分析,論證了長(zhǎng)青電廠3#4#機(jī)組啟動(dòng)后,直接向同煤電廠110kV母線充電,成為發(fā)電機(jī)帶空載長(zhǎng)線路的結(jié)構(gòu)后,同煤電廠110kV母線不會(huì)發(fā)生過電壓,以及長(zhǎng)青電廠不會(huì)發(fā)生自勵(lì)磁現(xiàn)象。本文編制的大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)黑啟動(dòng)調(diào)度預(yù)案,整個(gè)預(yù)案從“黑啟動(dòng)”電廠機(jī)組的選擇到大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行正常,始終圍繞著“切實(shí)、可行、操作性強(qiáng)”的原則,本預(yù)案為大同地區(qū)電網(wǎng)各級(jí)調(diào)度處理電網(wǎng)全黑事故起到了指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the "Black start" dispatching plan of Datong Power Grid is studied. According to the actual situation of Datong area power grid, small thermal power is selected as black start power supply, and the implementation scheme of black start is studied in detail. At the same time, this paper also analyzes some difficulties in the process of "black start" in Datong area power network, including the problems of long line overvoltage, unit self-excitation and gradual recovery of system load, etc. This paper lays a solid and solid foundation for Datong regional power grid black start. This paper first discusses the concept and technical requirements of "black start" of power grid. For "black start", a reliable starting power supply should be guaranteed. Then according to the operation mode of Datong area power grid, the final "black start" path is established. This paper also studies some difficulties and countermeasures in the process of "Black start" in Datong area.
