抽水蓄能電站機(jī)組狀態(tài)檢修方案研究

【摘要】:抽水蓄能電站的設(shè)備檢修,是發(fā)電設(shè)備安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行,發(fā)電設(shè)備利用率提高,設(shè)備潛力被充分發(fā)揮的重要措施,是設(shè)備全過程管理的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。由于計(jì)劃檢修模式存在的一系列問題,隨著國內(nèi)外大型設(shè)備檢修模式的改進(jìn),水電機(jī)組檢修開始采用狀態(tài)檢修的模式。實(shí)踐證明發(fā)電設(shè)備的狀態(tài)檢修相對過去多年實(shí)行的計(jì)劃檢修是先進(jìn)的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的。對于國網(wǎng)新源下屬眾多的抽水蓄能電站,在現(xiàn)代高新技術(shù)的持續(xù)發(fā)展和應(yīng)用的環(huán)境下,研究如何在抽水蓄能電站實(shí)施狀態(tài)檢修意義重大。 本論文通過對新源系統(tǒng)抽水蓄能檢修體制發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀的研究,指出計(jì)劃檢修的片面性與弊端,分析抽水蓄能電站狀態(tài)檢修的可行性;在總結(jié)了水輪機(jī)典型診斷故障基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在水電機(jī)組運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評價、機(jī)組運(yùn)行優(yōu)化以及機(jī)組性能試驗(yàn)方面的應(yīng)用案例;制定了抽水蓄能電站機(jī)組狀態(tài)檢修的具體實(shí)施流程和方案;提出實(shí)施狀態(tài)檢修的關(guān)鍵是要選擇與布置合適的測點(diǎn)、構(gòu)建機(jī)組狀態(tài)在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、建立機(jī)組遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測與診斷中心,為水電機(jī)組狀態(tài)檢修提供必要的技術(shù)手段,為設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢修提供科學(xué)決策依據(jù)。 通過實(shí)施新源公司抽水蓄能設(shè)備檢修標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理,必將提高整個新源公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的可靠性及生產(chǎn)管理水平。在取得成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)后,可以在相應(yīng)抽水蓄能設(shè)備檢修管理方面加以推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The equipment maintenance of pumped storage power station is an important measure for the safe and economical operation of the generating equipment, the improvement of the utilization ratio of the generating equipment and the full development of the equipment potential. It is also an important link in the management of the whole process of the equipment.Due to a series of problems existing in the planned maintenance mode, with the improvement of the maintenance mode of large equipment at home and abroad, the maintenance of hydropower units began to adopt the mode of condition-based maintenance.It is proved by practice that the condition based maintenance of power generation equipment is advanced and economical compared with the planned maintenance implemented in the past years.Under the environment of the sustainable development and application of modern high technology, it is of great significance to study how to implement condition-based maintenance in pumped storage power stations.Based on the research on the history and present situation of pumped storage maintenance system in Xinyuan system, this paper points out the one-sidedness and malpractice of planned maintenance, analyzes the feasibility of condition maintenance of pumped storage power station, and summarizes the typical fault diagnosis of hydraulic turbine.The application cases of unit condition monitoring system in operation condition evaluation, unit operation optimization and unit performance test are analyzed in detail, and the concrete implementation flow and scheme of condition maintenance for pumped storage power station unit are established.The key to implement condition-based maintenance is to select and arrange suitable measuring points, to construct on-line monitoring system of unit status, and to establish remote monitoring and diagnosis center for hydropower units, which provides necessary technical means for condition maintenance of hydropower units.It provides scientific decision basis for equipment condition maintenance.Through the implementation of the standardized management of the maintenance and repair of the pumped storage equipment in Xinyuan Company, the reliability and production management level of the whole production equipment will be improved.After the successful experience, it can be popularized and applied in the maintenance management of the corresponding pumped storage equipment.
