寧德配電網(wǎng)干擾性負(fù)荷分析及其對(duì)電能質(zhì)量影響和治理

【摘要】:電力系統(tǒng)中大量干擾性負(fù)荷對(duì)電能質(zhì)量提出了更高的要求。干擾負(fù)荷接入配電網(wǎng),不但影響電能質(zhì)量,也對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、計(jì)量等產(chǎn)生影響。因此,分析電網(wǎng)中各種干擾性負(fù)荷特性及其對(duì)電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的影響,并研究相應(yīng)的治理方法和措施,在實(shí)際工程中具一定的參考和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。目前,影響寧德電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的主要因素是鋼鐵企業(yè)負(fù)荷產(chǎn)生的諧波。寧德地區(qū)現(xiàn)有大量的鋼鐵冶金制造業(yè),鋼鐵企業(yè)中使用大量的中頻率和電弧爐等冶煉爐。這些鋼鐵冶金制造業(yè)在生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)行過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生大量的諧波注入電網(wǎng),造成電網(wǎng)諧波含量過(guò)多,電壓閃變、三相電壓不對(duì)稱等電能質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。因此,分析寧德電網(wǎng)中各種干擾性負(fù)荷的特性,對(duì)其影響指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并以此為依據(jù)提出綜合治理的方法和措施,從而提高寧德電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量。本論文的主要研究工作有:1.分析寧德地區(qū)電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀及干擾性負(fù)荷分布情況,對(duì)寧德電網(wǎng)中干擾性負(fù)荷按其電氣特性和用戶類型進(jìn)行分類,研究不同性質(zhì)的負(fù)荷特性和對(duì)電能質(zhì)量的影響。2.根據(jù)特定負(fù)荷的用電設(shè)備建立負(fù)荷分析模型,通過(guò)仿真研究典型擾動(dòng)性負(fù)荷特性。以鋼鐵企業(yè)的中頻爐、電弧爐為典型擾動(dòng)性為案例,建立中頻爐、電弧爐的Matlab仿真模型,揭示了諧波產(chǎn)生的實(shí)質(zhì)和根源,分析這些荷特性對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的電能質(zhì)量的影響。3.提出抑制和解決特定負(fù)荷引起電能質(zhì)量下降的方法與措施。依據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出抑制和解決特定負(fù)荷引起電能質(zhì)量下降的方法與措施,針對(duì)諧波污染的濾波設(shè)備、調(diào)節(jié)負(fù)荷平衡和穩(wěn)定功率因數(shù)的補(bǔ)償設(shè)備以及進(jìn)行頻率調(diào)整的備用容量設(shè)施等提出相應(yīng)的治理方案。4.綜合研究接入公共電源點(diǎn)的多諧波源對(duì)電能質(zhì)量的影響。對(duì)于接入公共連接點(diǎn)的諧波源負(fù)荷,盡管在接入系統(tǒng)前的諧波治理水平已經(jīng)達(dá)到入網(wǎng)電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的要求,但在公共連接點(diǎn)多諧波源疊加后會(huì)出現(xiàn)諧波再次超標(biāo)問(wèn)題。本論文研究以典型的供電電源—溪尾變?yōu)槔?通過(guò)仿真和計(jì)算分析了公共連接處多諧波源對(duì)系統(tǒng)電能質(zhì)量的影響,并針對(duì)仿真的負(fù)荷特性確定其對(duì)電網(wǎng)電能質(zhì)量的實(shí)際影響。
[Abstract]:A large number of disturbance loads in power system require higher power quality.The interference load connected to the distribution network not only affects the power quality, but also affects the stability and measurement of the power system.Therefore, analyzing the characteristics of various kinds of disturbance load and its influence on the power quality of the power network, and studying the corresponding treatment methods and measures, it has certain reference and application value in the actual engineering.At present, the harmonic produced by iron and steel enterprises is the main factor that affects the power quality of Ningde power grid.There are a large number of iron and steel metallurgical manufacturing industry in Ningde area, and a large number of smelting furnaces such as medium frequency and electric arc furnace are used in iron and steel enterprises.In the process of production and operation of iron and steel metallurgical industry, a large number of harmonics are injected into the power network, which results in the power quality problems such as excessive harmonic content, voltage flicker, asymmetry of three-phase voltage and so on.Therefore, the characteristics of various kinds of disturbance load in Ningde power grid are analyzed, the influence indexes are evaluated, and the comprehensive control methods and measures are put forward on the basis of this, so as to improve the power quality of Ningde power grid.The main research work of this thesis is 1: 1.This paper analyzes the current situation of power quality and distraction load distribution in Ningde power network, classifies the interference load according to its electrical characteristics and user types, and studies the load characteristics of different properties and its influence on power quality.The load analysis model is established according to the specific load equipment, and the typical disturbance load characteristics are studied by simulation.Taking the intermediate frequency furnace and electric arc furnace of iron and steel enterprise as typical disturbance, the Matlab simulation model of medium frequency furnace and electric arc furnace is established. The essence and origin of harmonic generation are revealed, and the influence of these characteristics on the power quality of power system is analyzed.The methods and measures to restrain and solve the power quality decline caused by special load are put forward.According to the analysis results, the methods and measures to suppress and solve the power quality decline caused by specific load are put forward, and the filter equipment for harmonic pollution is proposed.The compensation equipment for adjusting load balance and stable power factor and the spare capacity facilities for frequency adjustment are put forward.The influence of multiple harmonics connected to common power points on power quality is studied.For the harmonic source load of the access common connection point, although the harmonic control level before the access system has already reached the requirement of power quality in the power network, the harmonics will exceed the standard again after the common connection point multi-harmonic source superposes.This paper takes the typical power supply as an example, and analyzes the influence of multi-harmonic source on power quality through simulation and calculation, and determines the actual influence on power quality of power network according to the load characteristics of simulation.
