【摘要】：高壓(HV)靜電噴涂是1種簡單有效的制備超疏水硅橡膠表面(SSRS)的方法,其原理是在靜電力的作用下將電噴涂溶液霧化,在接收極固化成型。為此,在實(shí)驗(yàn)室中采用高壓靜電噴涂技術(shù)成功制備出超疏水硅橡膠表面,試驗(yàn)中所采用的電噴涂溶液是由AB組分的高溫硫化(HTV)液體硅橡膠(LSR)、石油醚、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、納米二氧化硅(Si O2)顆粒以及十七氟三甲氧基硅烷(FAS-17)組成的復(fù)合體系。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:石油醚可起到對硅橡膠的稀釋作用;DMF可用來提高溶液的極性,使溶液更易于噴涂,得到的噴涂顆粒尺寸減小;Si O2顆�？捎脕順�(gòu)筑硅橡膠表面的復(fù)合微結(jié)構(gòu);FAS-17可在硅橡膠表面引入含氟基團(tuán)、降低表面自由能,同時減小表面微結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸(100 nm~1μm)。經(jīng)過大量試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證后提出在電噴涂溶液復(fù)合體系中電噴涂制備超疏水硅橡膠表面的最佳條件:石油醚、硅橡膠、DMF、Si O2、FAS-17的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為41%、20%、30%、4%、5%。此時制備出的超疏水硅橡膠表面的靜態(tài)接觸角為163.4°,滾動角為4.3°。
[Abstract]:HV HVV electrostatic spraying is a simple and effective method for preparing superhydrophobic silicone rubber surface SSRS. The principle is to atomize the electrospray solution under the action of hydrostatic power and solidify the receiving electrode.Therefore, the surface of superhydrophobic silicone rubber was successfully prepared by high voltage electrostatic spraying in laboratory.The electrospray solution used in the experiment is a composite system consisting of liquid silicone rubber with AB component, high temperature vulcanization (HTV), petroleum ether N (N) -dimethylformamide (DMF), nano-silica (SiO2) particles, and heptadecafluorotrimethoxysilane (FAS-17).The results show that petroleum ether can dilute silicone rubber. DMF can be used to improve the polarity of solution and make the solution easier to spray.The sprayed particles can be used to fabricate the composite microstructure of silicone rubber surface, FAS-17 can introduce fluorine group on the surface of silicone rubber, reduce the surface free energy, and decrease the surface microstructure size of 100 nm~1 / 渭 m.After a lot of tests and verification, the optimum conditions for preparing superhydrophobic silicone rubber surface by electric spraying in electrospray solution composite system are put forward: the mass fraction of petroleum ether, silicone rubber, DMFU, SiO2FAS-17 is 41200.30% and 45%, respectively.The static contact angle and rolling angle of the superhydrophobic silicone rubber are 163.4 擄and 4.3 擄respectively.
