鋰離子電池組容量衰退建模與性能預(yù)測研究

【摘要】:電動汽車鋰離子電池組的壽命是制約電動汽車發(fā)展的重要技術(shù)難題。本文以錳酸鋰鋰離子電池組為研究對象,主要針對電池組的容量衰退模型建立,性能預(yù)測模型建立、仿真和實驗三個方面開展研究,主要研究工作包括以下幾個方面: (1)通過對錳酸鋰電池組不同環(huán)境溫度、不同放電倍率下的充放電實驗,重點研究分析了充放電倍率、溫度等因素對電池模組容量衰退和性能的影響,為容量衰退模型的建立和性能仿真提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。 (2)將電池模組看成整體,通過加速壽命試驗,,定量研究溫度、放電倍率兩個因素對電池模組容量衰退的影響,分別建立溫度和放電倍率單獨作用和共同作用下容量衰退模型,為基于電壓不一致性演變的電池模組容量衰退建模打下基礎(chǔ)。 (3)分析不一致性產(chǎn)生的原因,給出電壓不一致性的評價指標(biāo),分析電壓不一致性的影響因素,對比分析電壓相對偏差和電壓相對極差對電池組容量衰退的影響,對比分析基于概率理論建立電池壽命預(yù)測模型、基于電壓相對偏差的容量衰退模型和基于電壓相對極差的容量衰退模型優(yōu)缺點。得到對任意電池組建立基于電壓不一致性演變的容量衰退模型的方法。 (4)通過復(fù)合脈沖充放電實驗,獲得二階電池模型的各性能參數(shù),建立電池組性能仿真模型,并將仿真結(jié)果與實驗值進行對比,分析驗證模型的精確度。通過電路理論找到不同電池模組間參數(shù)估計的方法,并進行實驗驗證,進一步對,35Ah/750V電池模組和70Ah/900V電池模組進行性能仿真,得到不同容量衰退情況下電池模組的性能變化情況。
[Abstract]:Li-ion battery life of electric vehicle is an important technical problem restricting the development of electric vehicle.In this paper, the lithium manganese ion battery pack as the research object, mainly for the battery capacity decline model, performance prediction model establishment, simulation and experimental research, the main research work includes the following aspects:1) the effects of charge and discharge rate, temperature and other factors on the capacity decline and performance of the battery module were studied and analyzed by the experiments under different ambient temperature and different discharge rate of LiMnO _ 3 battery pack, and the effects of charge and discharge rate, temperature and other factors on the module capacity of the battery were analyzed.It provides data support for the establishment of capacity decline model and performance simulation.(2) taking the battery module as a whole, the effects of temperature and discharge rate on the capacity decline of the battery module were studied quantitatively by accelerated life test, and the model of capacity decline under the action of temperature and discharge rate was established, respectively.It lays a foundation for the modeling of battery module capacity decline based on the evolution of voltage inconsistency.3) analyzing the causes of the inconsistency, giving the evaluation index of the voltage inconsistency, analyzing the influence factors of the voltage inconsistency, comparing and analyzing the influence of the relative deviation of voltage and the relative range of voltage on the capacity decline of the battery pack.The advantages and disadvantages of battery life prediction model based on probability theory, capacity decline model based on voltage relative deviation and capacity decline model based on voltage relative range are compared and analyzed.A capacity degradation model based on voltage inconsistency evolution for any battery pack is presented.4) the performance parameters of the second-order battery model are obtained by the composite pulse charge-discharge experiment, and the simulation model of the battery pack performance is established. The simulation results are compared with the experimental values, and the accuracy of the model is analyzed and verified.The method of parameter estimation between different battery modules was found by circuit theory, and the experiment was carried out to verify the performance simulation of the battery modules of 35Ah/ 750V and 70Ah/900V batteries, and the performance changes of the modules were obtained under the condition of different capacity decline.
