【摘要】：近年來，隨著環(huán)境的逐年惡化，極端天氣屢見不鮮。在寒冷的冬季，國內(nèi)主要取暖方式有兩種，在北方多為燃煤鍋爐取暖，南方多為空調(diào)取暖。燃煤鍋爐取暖每年向空氣排放粉塵和一氧化碳、二氧化硫等有害氣體，使空氣污染嚴(yán)重。而空調(diào)易積灰、不易清洗的缺點(diǎn)使人們更加容易患上空調(diào)病和呼吸道疾病。本課題以用戶為中心，從工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā)，探究室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量與污染的解決方案，從而研發(fā)新型的電暖器產(chǎn)品。 在前期研究部分，對(duì)課題背景、問題現(xiàn)狀、室內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有技術(shù)及課題研究內(nèi)容、思路、意義進(jìn)行了陳述。然后對(duì)項(xiàng)目任務(wù)要求書進(jìn)行了分析，確定了項(xiàng)目流程、主要任務(wù)與項(xiàng)目分工。 采用工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的研究方法對(duì)市場進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)研，對(duì)現(xiàn)有品牌代表產(chǎn)品做了調(diào)查，并分析其市場占有率情況、產(chǎn)品發(fā)展趨勢等等。在對(duì)用戶的調(diào)研中，以用戶為中心，采用調(diào)查問卷和訪談的形式進(jìn)行展開，總結(jié)出用戶基本需求。對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了定位，對(duì)使用環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析，確定產(chǎn)品層次與產(chǎn)品需求。 根據(jù)前期研究所得進(jìn)行概念設(shè)計(jì)，，通過思維導(dǎo)圖的分析，規(guī)定了方案設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需要遵循的基本要素，從而使設(shè)計(jì)出的產(chǎn)品符合實(shí)際。將多個(gè)概念進(jìn)行概念草圖繪制，得出產(chǎn)品可能的發(fā)展方向，而后對(duì)最佳的概念進(jìn)行精細(xì)繪制，進(jìn)行細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)，產(chǎn)生最終確定方案。將定案用Rhino軟件建立數(shù)字曲面，驗(yàn)證方案的可行性，確定最終的產(chǎn)品外觀。使用Pro/ENGINEER進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，確保外觀與結(jié)構(gòu)的完整性。最后進(jìn)行實(shí)物樣機(jī)的制作與測試，對(duì)整個(gè)方案進(jìn)行展示與評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the deterioration of the environment year by year, extreme weather is common.In the cold winter, there are two main heating ways in China, most of them are coal fired boilers in the north and air conditioning in the south.Coal-fired boilers emit dust, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and other harmful gases to the air every year for heating, which causes serious air pollution.Air conditioning is easy to accumulate ash, not easy to clean the shortcomings of air conditioning and respiratory diseases.From the point of view of industrial design, this paper explores the solution of indoor air quality and pollution, and develops a new type of electric heater.In the part of the previous research, the background of the project, the present situation of the problem, the national standard of indoor air quality, the existing technology at home and abroad, the research contents, the ideas and the significance of the research are stated.Then the project task request book is analyzed, and the project flow, main task and project division are determined.The research method of industrial design is used to investigate the market in detail, the representative products of existing brands are investigated, and its market share, product development trend and so on are analyzed.In the research of users, the basic needs of users are summed up by means of questionnaires and interviews.The product location, use environment analysis, determine the product level and product requirements.According to the previous research, the conceptual design is carried out. Through the analysis of the map of thinking, the basic elements to be followed in the design of the scheme are defined, so that the product designed is in line with the reality.The concept sketch of several concepts is used to draw the possible development direction of the product, and then the best concept is carefully drawn and the detail design is carried out, resulting in the final determination of the project.The digital surface is built with Rhino software, the feasibility of the scheme is verified and the final product appearance is determined.Use Pro/ENGINEER for structural design to ensure the appearance and integrity of the structure.Finally, the prototype is made and tested, and the whole project is demonstrated and evaluated.
