輸電線路鐵塔的選型設(shè)計(jì)與結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:本文主要針對(duì)110kV~750kV送電線路中使用的自立式鐵塔進(jìn)行研究,根據(jù)安全可靠、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、保護(hù)環(huán)境、控制成本的原則,選取常用的塔型。對(duì)常用塔型的絕緣配合及防雷保護(hù)、間隙圓及金具、塔頭電氣尺寸、桿塔荷載、結(jié)構(gòu)形式等進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究。并開展相關(guān)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用性建模計(jì)算。結(jié)合作者在實(shí)際工程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)出來的一些個(gè)人的想法,對(duì)比鐵塔各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對(duì)整個(gè)工程造價(jià)、安全系數(shù)、環(huán)境的影響大小,從塔頭電氣尺寸、塔身坡度、塔身斷面形式、塔身橫隔設(shè)置、傳力線路、根開尺寸、場(chǎng)地運(yùn)輸便利性等方面綜合考慮,對(duì)已有及優(yōu)化的鐵塔進(jìn)行計(jì)算和經(jīng)濟(jì)性對(duì)比。經(jīng)過計(jì)算對(duì)比,提出針對(duì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的優(yōu)化方案,力求最終優(yōu)化得出的塔型能盡量完美的滿足電氣安全和結(jié)構(gòu)可靠以及規(guī)程要求的前提下,具有最輕的塔重且具有可應(yīng)用性,又可最大限度上保護(hù)環(huán)境不影響周邊植被等的同時(shí)為電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)節(jié)省成本。
[Abstract]:Based on the principles of safety and reliability, advanced technology, environmental protection and cost control, the common tower type is selected in this paper.The insulation coordination and lightning protection of common tower type, gap circle and metal tool, electric size of tower head, tower load, structure form and so on are optimized.The application modeling calculation of related technology is carried out.Combined with the author's experience in practical engineering, some personal ideas are summarized, comparing the influence of various indexes of iron tower on the whole project cost, safety factor and environment, from the electrical dimensions of tower head, tower slope, tower section form,In this paper, the calculation and economic comparison of existing and optimized iron towers are carried out on the basis of comprehensive consideration of tower structure, transmission line, root opening size, site transportation convenience and so on.Through calculation and comparison, the optimization scheme for each index is put forward, and the tower type obtained by the final optimization can meet the requirements of electrical safety and structural reliability as well as the requirements of the code as well as the requirements of the code. It has the lightest tower weight and can be applied.It can also protect the environment to the maximum extent without affecting the surrounding vegetation and save the cost for the construction of power grid at the same time.
