智能電網(wǎng)中基于負(fù)荷分析的需求側(cè)管理體系發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:電力需求側(cè)管理作為智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中的重要組成部分,是實現(xiàn)全社會合理節(jié)能 節(jié)電的重要手段,是支持國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和電力工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑和必然選擇, 對全社會的節(jié)能減排工作意義重大。隨著智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的不斷深入,針對電力需求側(cè)管理的內(nèi)容體系及管理方法研 究得到了很好的拓展與改進(jìn)。電力需求側(cè)管理從傳統(tǒng)的負(fù)荷管理及節(jié)能管理體系中 不斷發(fā)展創(chuàng)新,在智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中提出了更高的發(fā)展要求。本文立足于研究智能電 網(wǎng)中基于負(fù)荷分析的需求側(cè)管理體系發(fā)展及相關(guān)理論方法,包括以下幾個方面:(1)全面梳理了智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程及電力需求側(cè)管理的基本內(nèi)容體系,并 提出了拓展智能電網(wǎng)中基于負(fù)荷分析的需求側(cè)管理體系發(fā)展及相應(yīng)管理手段。(2)針對智能電網(wǎng)電力負(fù)荷需求分析預(yù)測方法及優(yōu)化體系管理問題進(jìn)行了深 入研究,提出了基于模型庫優(yōu)選理論的電力預(yù)測思想,并構(gòu)建了基于組合預(yù)測理論 的中長期電力負(fù)荷需求預(yù)測方法,開展了基于模型優(yōu)選的短期日最大負(fù)荷需求預(yù)測 模型比較研究,進(jìn)行了實證分析。根據(jù)預(yù)測結(jié)果,提出優(yōu)化電力負(fù)荷特性的調(diào)節(jié)建 議方案。(3)針對智能電網(wǎng)中基于電力負(fù)荷需求分析的虛擬電廠優(yōu)化管理及發(fā)展問題 進(jìn)行了深入研究,分析了虛擬電廠發(fā)展的重大價值,構(gòu)建了虛擬電廠綜合效益評價 指標(biāo)體系,提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法的評價模型,并進(jìn)行了實證研究。(4)針對智能電網(wǎng)中基于電力負(fù)荷需求分析的分布式能源接入發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行 了深入分析,研究了智能電網(wǎng)中分布式能源接入發(fā)展的相關(guān)問題,并提出了基于定 位—模式—路徑一體化的優(yōu)化管理發(fā)展建議。(5)針對智能電網(wǎng)基于電力負(fù)荷需求分析的用電設(shè)備節(jié)能改造問題進(jìn)行了深 入研究,分析了研究用電設(shè)備節(jié)能改造的重要意義,構(gòu)建了綜合評價指標(biāo)體系,提 出了基于物元可拓協(xié)同層次分析法的評價模型,并進(jìn)行了實證研究。(6)針對智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展建設(shè)的電力需求側(cè)管理發(fā)展進(jìn)行了總結(jié)展望,從特高 壓電網(wǎng)工程建設(shè)、電動汽車發(fā)展利用等方面進(jìn)行了探討。論文的研究為拓展智能電網(wǎng)中基于負(fù)荷分析的需求側(cè)管理體系發(fā)展提供了很 好的借鑒,為提升電力需求側(cè)管理水平提供了很好的理論及方法支撐。
[Abstract]:As an important part of smart grid construction, DSM is to realize reasonable energy saving in the whole society.The important means of saving electricity is an important way and an inevitable choice to support the sustainable development of national economy and electric power industry.The work of energy saving and emission reduction is of great significance to the whole society.With the development of smart grid construction, the content system and management method of DSM are studied.The research has obtained the very good expansion and the improvement.Power demand side Management from the traditional load Management and Energy Saving Management systemContinuous development and innovation, in the construction of smart grids put forward a higher development requirements.This paper is based on the research of intelligent electricityThe development of demand side management system based on load analysis and related theoretical methods, including the following aspects: 1) the development process of smart grid and the basic content system of power demand side management are summarized.The development of demand side management system based on load analysis in smart grid and the corresponding management method are proposed.In this paper, the idea of electric power forecasting based on model base selection theory is put forward, and the combinatorial forecasting theory is constructed.In this paper, the short term daily maximum load demand forecasting based on model selection is carried out.The model is compared and the empirical analysis is carried out.Based on the prediction results, the regulation and construction of optimizing power load characteristics are proposed.Discussion on optimal Management and Development of Virtual Power Plant based on Power load demand Analysis in Smart GridThe great value of the development of the virtual power plant is analyzed, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the virtual power plant is constructed.Index system, an evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed, and an empirical study is carried out. (4) aiming at the distributed energy access development problem based on the power load demand analysis in the smart grid, this paper carries out an empirical study.In this paper, the problems related to the development of distributed energy access in smart grid are studied, and the development of distributed energy access in smart grid is proposed.Development suggestion of Optimum Management of Bit-Mode-path Integration. (5) aiming at the problem of Energy-saving Transformation of Power equipment based on Power load demand Analysis in Smart GridIn this paper, the significance of research on energy saving reform of electric equipment is analyzed, and a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed.The evaluation model based on matter-element extension cooperative analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is presented, and an empirical study is carried out. (6) the development of DSM in the development and construction of smart grid is summarized and prospected.The construction of power grid and the development and utilization of electric vehicles are discussed.The research in this paper provides a good way to expand the development of demand side management system based on load analysis in smart grid.Good reference, for improving the level of power demand side management provides a good theoretical and methodological support.
