直流電壓作用下油紙絕緣局部放電發(fā)展不同階段的理化特性

【摘要】:換流變壓器閥側(cè)繞組同時(shí)承受交流、直流電壓作用,其內(nèi)部油紙復(fù)合絕緣局部放電性故障與以往交流電力變壓器存在較大差別,而相關(guān)研究明顯不足。為研究油紙絕緣直流局部放電發(fā)展過程與絕緣材料理化特性變化規(guī)律之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)典型油紙絕緣缺陷模型在80℃環(huán)境中進(jìn)行了200 h直流耐壓試驗(yàn),考察油紙絕緣直流局部放電發(fā)展不同階段統(tǒng)計(jì)特征譜圖變化規(guī)律,并利用高速攝像裝置對(duì)油紙絕緣針板電極模型的局部放電發(fā)生、發(fā)展及擊穿的動(dòng)態(tài)過程進(jìn)行觀測(cè)。同時(shí),為揭示直流局部放電對(duì)油紙絕緣的破壞作用,分別通過X射線能量色散譜分析(EDS)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜分析(FTIR)研究直流局部放電相應(yīng)階段油紙絕緣的理化特征變化規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:根據(jù)油紙絕緣直流局部放電脈沖的統(tǒng)計(jì)特征譜圖,將其發(fā)展過程劃分為5個(gè)階段,此過程中伴隨著絕緣紙板表面纖維氧元素的增加和羰基含量、油中酸值增加的過程,說明直流電應(yīng)力對(duì)絕緣紙板的破壞作用主要表現(xiàn)在使絕緣紙板表面纖維素分子發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng),導(dǎo)致絕緣紙板的絕緣性能的逐漸下降,反之,絕緣材料在直流電應(yīng)力作用下發(fā)生損傷,會(huì)促進(jìn)直流局部放電的發(fā)生程度加劇。
