【摘要】:燃?xì)獍l(fā)電作為清潔能源對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù),減少大氣污染日益變得重要。燃?xì)獍l(fā)電廠中的發(fā)電機(jī)和變壓器作為發(fā)電廠最為重要的電氣設(shè)備,配置可靠靈敏的微機(jī)保護(hù)設(shè)備,是滿足安全穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)的重要要求。燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電機(jī)組作為一種能源綜合利用技術(shù),具有熱效率高、環(huán)保性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在燃?xì)獍l(fā)電廠得到廣泛應(yīng)用。在具體的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施中,國(guó)內(nèi)燃?xì)獍l(fā)電廠使用了多種不同原理的國(guó)外微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。由于熱力系統(tǒng)的差異性,會(huì)造成燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組發(fā)變組保護(hù)配置具有特殊性。本文通過對(duì)燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電機(jī)組啟動(dòng)過程的特殊性的分析,明晰了燃機(jī)運(yùn)行方式的不同對(duì)發(fā)變組保護(hù)的影響。介紹了各種保護(hù)的硬件配置情況和原理:分析了發(fā)電機(jī)保護(hù)的實(shí)施思路和保護(hù)計(jì)算方法、發(fā)變組保護(hù)裝置的調(diào)試方法和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行過程中出現(xiàn)的典型案例。著重分析研究了燃?xì)獍l(fā)電廠中西門子的7UM622燃?xì)鈾C(jī)組發(fā)變組保護(hù)裝置和國(guó)電南自的DGT801發(fā)變組保護(hù)裝置,通過對(duì)發(fā)變組保護(hù)國(guó)產(chǎn)化的研討,提高了對(duì)發(fā)變組保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)理念的認(rèn)識(shí)。最后,結(jié)合兩種不同廠家發(fā)變組保護(hù)裝置原理,提出了用南自的DGT801系列微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置替代西門子7UM622發(fā)變組保護(hù)裝置的方案和建議。針對(duì)西門子燃?xì)獍l(fā)電廠發(fā)電機(jī)保護(hù)國(guó)產(chǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)問題的研究,可以為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)燃?xì)?蒸汽聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組保護(hù)全面國(guó)產(chǎn)化和優(yōu)化打下基礎(chǔ),有利于作為清潔能源的燃?xì)獍l(fā)電廠安全穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:As clean energy, gas power generation is becoming more and more important for environmental protection and reducing air pollution.Generators and transformers in gas power plants are the most important electrical equipment in power plants. It is an important requirement to meet the requirements of safe and stable production with reliable and sensitive microcomputer protection equipment.As a comprehensive energy utilization technology, the gas-steam combined cycle generator has many advantages, such as high thermal efficiency and good environmental performance, and has been widely used in gas-fired power plants.In the field implementation, the domestic gas power plant uses a variety of different principles of the foreign microcomputer protection system.Because of the difference of thermodynamic system, the protection configuration of gas-steam combined cycle generating and transformer unit has particularity.Based on the analysis of the particularity of the start-up process of gas-steam combined cycle generator set, the influence of different operation modes of gas turbine on the protection of generator and transformer unit is clarified in this paper.This paper introduces the hardware configuration and principle of various kinds of protection, analyzes the train of thought and calculation method of generator protection, the debugging method of generator transformer protection device and the typical cases in production and operation.The protection device of Siemens 7UM622 gas generating unit in gas power plant and the DGT801 generation and transformer unit of Guodian Nanzi are analyzed and studied emphatically. Through the discussion on the localization of generation and transformer unit protection, the understanding of the design concept of generation and transformer unit protection is improved.Finally, combined with the principle of two different kinds of generator-transformer group protection devices from two different manufacturers, the scheme and suggestion of replacing Siemens 7UM622 generator and transformer group protection device with Nanzi DGT801 series microcomputer protection device are put forward.The research on the domestic design of generator protection in Siemens gas power plant can lay a foundation for further promoting the comprehensive localization and optimization of the protection of gas-steam combined cycle units.It is beneficial to the safe and stable production of gas power plant as clean energy.
