【摘要】:油浸式電力變壓器的熱特性作為變壓器設計制造與運行過程屮的重要參量,是衡量變壓器在日常負載以及過負載條件下運行壽命的一個重要指標。為此,提出了一種解析技術與數(shù)值分析相結合的熱模型計算變壓器繞組溫度分布,計算中所需的變山器內部熱源分布以及邊界條件由解析逼近定出。將該模型應用于100kVA/5kV溫升用油浸式變壓器的各種負載情況,并將計算結果與實驗室溫升試驗的結果進行了對比,結果表明:該模型的最大誤差為4.5℃,相對誤差小于8.7%,能用于實時計算運行變壓器的繞組溫度分布。同時應用該模型可為運行變壓器的熱點定位研究提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:As an important parameter in the design, manufacture and operation of oil-immersed power transformers, the thermal characteristics of oil-immersed power transformers are an important index to measure the operating life of transformers under daily and overloaded conditions.For this reason, a thermal model combining analytical technique and numerical analysis is proposed to calculate the temperature distribution of transformer windings. The internal heat source distribution and boundary conditions of the transformer are determined by analytical approximation.The model is applied to various load cases of 100kVA/5kV temperature rise oil-immersed transformer, and the calculated results are compared with the results of laboratory temperature rise test. The results show that the maximum error of the model is 4.5 鈩,
