計(jì)及電動(dòng)汽車電池集中充電站接入的電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:隨電動(dòng)汽車的不斷普及和技術(shù)成熟度的不斷提高,特別對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)要求的不斷提高,電動(dòng)汽車的數(shù)量將大規(guī)模發(fā)展,并有逐步取代燃油汽車的趨勢(shì)。在國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司“集中充電,統(tǒng)一配送”的指導(dǎo)思想下,大規(guī)模電池集中充電站的規(guī)劃變得尤為重要。電池集中充電站可以視為一個(gè)固定容量的接入負(fù)荷,由于電池集中充電站負(fù)荷容量較大,因此對(duì)電網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定性帶來的影響也就比較大。 在設(shè)施規(guī)劃階段,本文提出了根據(jù)上級(jí)電源電源輻射范圍來進(jìn)行規(guī)劃分區(qū)的方法,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了根據(jù)交通流量和使用情況進(jìn)行三階段負(fù)行預(yù)測(cè)分析的方法,建立了利用改進(jìn)粒子群算法來對(duì)電池集中充電站進(jìn)行選址的規(guī)劃模型,將地理信息與電力負(fù)荷參數(shù)相結(jié)合,使可選接入點(diǎn)的確定更為準(zhǔn)確. 本文研究了不同電壓等級(jí)配電網(wǎng)可接受的接入負(fù)荷范圍,并利用PSASP仿真軟件搭建了電池集中充電站的負(fù)荷模型,針對(duì)不同接入點(diǎn)下的單一站接入情況,分析了電池集中充電站充電負(fù)荷接入后的電網(wǎng)電壓的偏移情況,從而得到了單一站下既能保證電力供應(yīng)又避免資源浪費(fèi)的最優(yōu)接入方案,并對(duì)電網(wǎng)的電壓偏移進(jìn)行了靈敏度分析。通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)某城市的算例驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。 同時(shí)本文還建立了基于PSASP的電網(wǎng)暫態(tài)穩(wěn)定性分析模型,分析了電池集中充電站接入后發(fā)生線路故障及切除后母線電壓的穩(wěn)定性和發(fā)電機(jī)功角的穩(wěn)定性,并通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)某城市的算例驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of electric vehicles and the improvement of technology maturity, especially the requirements of environmental protection, the number of electric vehicles will develop on a large scale and will gradually replace fuel vehicles.Under the guidance of "centralized charging and unified distribution" of the State Grid Company, the planning of large-scale centralized battery charging stations becomes particularly important.Battery centralized charging station can be regarded as a fixed capacity of access load, because the battery centralized charging station load capacity is large, so the impact on the stability of the power network is relatively large.In the stage of facility planning, this paper puts forward a method of planning and zoning according to the radiation range of higher power supply, and then puts forward a method of three-stage negative line prediction and analysis according to traffic flow and usage.In this paper, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to plan the location of the battery centralized charging station, which combines geographic information with power load parameters to make the determination of the optional access point more accurate.In this paper, the acceptable access load range of distribution network with different voltage levels is studied, and the load model of the battery centralized charging station is built by using the PSASP simulation software, aiming at the single station access under different access points.Based on the analysis of the voltage deviation of the power network after the charging load of the battery centralized charging station is connected, the optimal access scheme which can guarantee the power supply and avoid the waste of resources under a single station is obtained.And the sensitivity analysis of the voltage offset of the power grid is carried out.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a city in China.At the same time, the transient stability analysis model of power grid based on PSASP is established, and the stability of voltage and power angle of generator is analyzed after the line fault occurs after the battery centralized charging station is connected and the bus voltage is removed.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a city in China.
