【摘要】:雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)是一種新型特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的電機(jī),其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,轉(zhuǎn)矩密度和效率都高于傳統(tǒng)電機(jī)。徑向磁場雙轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電動機(jī)是雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)中的其中一種,因其結(jié)構(gòu)與傳統(tǒng)電機(jī)不同,故設(shè)計(jì)方法和研究內(nèi)容也與傳統(tǒng)電機(jī)存在著差異。為了提高電機(jī)的性能,改善電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu),本文主要進(jìn)行了以下幾方面的研究。首先對徑向磁場雙轉(zhuǎn)子永磁同步電機(jī)的特殊結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行原理進(jìn)行了分析。針對不同的永磁體充磁方向,提出了不同的磁路結(jié)構(gòu)模型,為后續(xù)磁場解耦的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。其次,根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)原則和步驟,建立了雙轉(zhuǎn)子電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。利用等效磁路法,分別對充磁方向相同和充磁方向相反時的磁路結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,推導(dǎo)出內(nèi)外電機(jī)氣隙磁通密度的計(jì)算公式,提出了磁場解耦的必要性。再次,運(yùn)用有限元仿真分析軟件Ansys的電磁分析模塊Ansoft Maxwell對電機(jī)進(jìn)行了仿真分析。在電機(jī)空載情況下,通過給內(nèi)外電機(jī)永磁體賦予不同的充磁方向,對內(nèi)外電機(jī)氣隙的磁通密度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,重點(diǎn)對減小內(nèi)外電機(jī)磁場之間的耦合方法作了深入的分析,得出了永磁體充磁方向相反時減少內(nèi)外電機(jī)磁場相互耦合的條件。最后,分析了當(dāng)電機(jī)帶有負(fù)載時,電機(jī)繞組電流產(chǎn)生的磁場與電機(jī)在空載情況下產(chǎn)生的主磁場之間的關(guān)系。根據(jù)通入內(nèi)外電機(jī)電流大小的不同,對交軸電樞反應(yīng)、直軸電樞反應(yīng)在電機(jī)中的不同存在形式對電機(jī)磁場的影響進(jìn)行了理論分析,提出了不同電樞反應(yīng)條件下避免定子鐵心發(fā)生磁場飽和的方法。
[Abstract]:The double rotor motor is a new type of motor with special structure, compact structure, high torque density and efficiency are higher than that of traditional motor. The radial magnetic field of dual rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor is a double rotor motor in one, because of its structure and the traditional motor is different, therefore the design method and the research content and the traditional motor exists the difference. In order to improve the motor performance, improve the structure of the motor, this paper mainly research on the following aspects. Firstly, the special structure and operation principle of the radial magnetic field of dual rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed. According to the permanent magnet magnetization direction different, put forward the magnetic structure of different models, and lay the foundation for the study the magnetic field decoupling. Secondly, according to the design principles and steps of traditional motor, establish the structure model of double rotor motor. Using the equivalent circuit method, respectively, on the same magnetizing direction and magnetization direction Anti magnetic structure is analyzed, the calculation formula of the motor and push the air gap magnetic flux density, magnetic field and puts forward the necessity of decoupling. Thirdly, using electromagnetic finite element simulation analysis software Ansys analysis module of Ansoft Maxwell simulation analysis of the motor. The motor no-load condition, through to the permanent magnet motor given the different magnetizing direction, the magnetic flux density in the air gap and the motor are calculated, the study focuses on the analysis of the method reduces the coupling between internal and external magnetic field, the permanent magnet in the opposite direction when the magnetic field inside and outside conditions reduce motor coupling. Finally, analyzed when the motor with load, the relationship between the main magnetic field generated by the motor winding current and the motor under no-load condition. According to the size and pass into the motor current, the q-axis armature reaction, direct axis armature The influence of different forms of reaction on the magnetic field of motor is theoretically analyzed, and the method of avoiding magnetic saturation of stator core under different armature reaction conditions is put forward.
