【摘要】:隨著電力能源的廣泛應(yīng)用和日漸緊缺,電力企業(yè)把減低損耗當(dāng)做一種戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),希望通過降低損耗來提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。一直以來通過線損分壓、等管理辦法來進(jìn)行理論線損計(jì)算,下達(dá)線損指標(biāo),進(jìn)而用完成指標(biāo)情況,進(jìn)行獎懲來進(jìn)行線損管理是電力部門降損節(jié)能的主要管理手段。但農(nóng)村低壓理論線損計(jì)算的計(jì)算結(jié)果和事跡統(tǒng)計(jì)線損的差值較大,原因還是在計(jì)算過程中用了各種假設(shè),比如假設(shè)節(jié)點(diǎn)的電壓相同等,最后計(jì)算結(jié)果也沒有了參考價值,達(dá)不到對降損節(jié)能管理的要求。面對這種情況,縣級供電公司急需一種能滿足工作要求的理論線損計(jì)算方法和軟件。近幾年來,隨著配電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的迅速發(fā)展,配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)更加趨于復(fù)雜化,為配電網(wǎng)理論線損計(jì)算增加了難度;配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)逐步應(yīng)用,加強(qiáng)配電網(wǎng)的監(jiān)控,各種數(shù)據(jù)采集變得容易,為配電網(wǎng)理論線損計(jì)算提供豐富的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)資料,正是由于以上兩個方面,需要研究新的更加適合于目前配電網(wǎng)實(shí)際情況的理論線損計(jì)算系統(tǒng)。由于發(fā)電量和用電量年年增加,即使平均線損率能減少1個百分點(diǎn),它的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益也是十分可觀的。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)硬件和軟件技術(shù)、圖形技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)和計(jì)量手段的發(fā)展,讓農(nóng)村電網(wǎng)線損計(jì)算的精確變得可能實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)通過現(xiàn)代化的技術(shù)對10Kv及以下電壓等級的理論線損進(jìn)行精確的計(jì)算,然后提供低壓線路的降損節(jié)能方案,這對電力系統(tǒng)的降損節(jié)能非常重要。研究低壓線損管理目的在于用日常工作中采集的數(shù)據(jù)信息,為10KV及其以下的低壓線損每月提供可靠的動態(tài)考核憑證,提高縣級供電公司低壓線損的管理水平。本文對供電公司理論線損計(jì)算系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),通過運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)在數(shù)據(jù)通信技術(shù),結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)備資源,建立起統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)管理和應(yīng)用的平臺。根據(jù)供電公司所在地區(qū)的基本情況來進(jìn)行定制化的開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn),在供電公司理論線損計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程中集成當(dāng)前電網(wǎng)理論線損計(jì)算、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析與一身,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法來對所有收集到的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行綜合的分析,為供電公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the wide application and increasing shortage of power energy, power enterprises take reducing loss as a strategic goal, hoping to improve economic efficiency by reducing loss.Line loss management is the main management method to reduce losses and save energy through line loss distribution, line loss calculation, line loss index, and reward and punishment for line loss management by means of line loss partial pressure and line loss management.However, the difference between the calculated results of the theoretical line loss of rural low-voltage theory and the statistical line loss of the deeds is quite large, because various assumptions are used in the calculation process, such as the assumption that the voltage of the node is the same, and the final calculation result has no reference value.Failure to meet the requirements of loss reduction and energy saving management.Faced with this situation, county-level power supply companies urgently need a theoretical line loss calculation method and software that can meet the work requirements.In recent years, with the rapid development of distribution network system, the distribution network structure becomes more complicated, which makes it more difficult to calculate the theoretical line loss of distribution network.All kinds of data acquisition become easy, which provides abundant operation data for theoretical line loss calculation of distribution network. Because of the above two aspects, it is necessary to study a new theoretical line loss calculation system which is more suitable for the actual situation of distribution network at present.Because of the annual increase in power generation and power consumption, even if the average line loss rate can be reduced by 1 percentage point, its economic benefits will be considerable.With the development of computer hardware and software technology, graphics technology, network communication technology and measurement means, it is possible to realize the accuracy of line loss calculation in rural power network.The system calculates the theoretical line loss of 10Kv and the voltage level below by modern technology, and then provides the energy saving scheme of the low voltage line, which is very important for the power system to reduce the loss and save energy.The purpose of studying low voltage line loss management is to use the data information collected in daily work to provide reliable dynamic check certificate for low voltage line loss under 10KV and below, and to improve the management level of low voltage line loss in county power supply company.This paper has carried on the detailed design and the realization to the power supply company theory line loss calculation system, through the use of the computer network technology and the present data communication technology, unifies the existing computer equipment resources,Establish a unified data management and application platform.According to the basic situation of the region where the power supply company is located, the development and realization of customization are carried out. In the design process of the theoretical line loss calculation system of the power supply company, the current power network theoretical line loss calculation, statistics, analysis and integration are integrated.Combined with the current data mining method, all the collected data information is analyzed synthetically to provide data support for the power supply company leader's decision.
