配電網(wǎng)無功補償技術(shù)的研究和應(yīng)用

【摘要】:對配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行無功補償是配電網(wǎng)安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運行的重要條件,關(guān)系到用戶是否能夠得到安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)的電能。但是,長期以來我國大部分配電網(wǎng)存在無功容量不足的問題,不僅會造成巨大的損耗,還會威脅系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定運行。所以,對配電網(wǎng)無功補償技術(shù)的研究對配電網(wǎng)的安全運行和提高電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益都具有重要的意義。 配電網(wǎng)無功補償研究主要有兩方面內(nèi)容:無功補償優(yōu)化理論的研究和無功補償裝置的研究。根據(jù)一定的配置原則和優(yōu)化原則對無功功率補償?shù)姆绞胶腿萘窟M(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置,能夠有效降低系統(tǒng)損耗,提高配電網(wǎng)的電能質(zhì)量。目前常用的無功補償裝置有并聯(lián)電容器、靜止無功補償器和靜止同步補償器,根據(jù)應(yīng)用場合和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析可以選擇合適的無功補償裝置對配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行補償。 本文首先對無功補償基本理論進(jìn)行了研究,包括無功補償?shù)脑砗蜔o功補償對配電網(wǎng)的影響分析,并詳細(xì)研究無功補償?shù)膬?yōu)化配置理論。其次,對常用的無功補償裝置的的工作原理和控制方法進(jìn)行了研究,包括并聯(lián)電容器、靜止無功補償器和靜止同步補償器。最后,對基于模塊化多電平換流器(Modular Multilevel Converter, MMC)的STATCOM進(jìn)行了研究,包括MMC的工作原理和調(diào)制策略、MMC-STATCOM的直流側(cè)控制策略和交流側(cè)控制策略,并在PSCAD/EMTDC環(huán)境下搭建了MMC-STATCOM仿真模型,對研究的控制策略進(jìn)行驗證。
[Abstract]:Reactive power compensation is an important condition for safe and economical operation of distribution network, which is related to whether users can get safe and high quality electric energy.However, for a long time, most distribution networks in China have the problem of insufficient reactive power capacity, which will not only cause huge losses, but also threaten the safe and stable operation of the system.Therefore, the research on reactive power compensation technology of distribution network is of great significance to the safe operation of distribution network and the improvement of economic benefits of distribution network.There are two main aspects in the research of reactive power compensation in distribution network: the optimization theory of reactive power compensation and the research of reactive power compensator.According to certain collocation principle and optimization principle, the way and capacity of reactive power compensation can be optimized, which can effectively reduce the system loss and improve the power quality of the distribution network.The commonly used reactive power compensators are shunt capacitors, static var compensators and static synchronous compensators. According to the application situation and economic analysis, appropriate reactive power compensators can be selected to compensate the distribution network.In this paper, the basic theory of reactive power compensation is studied, including the principle of reactive power compensation and the influence of reactive power compensation on distribution network, and the optimal allocation theory of reactive power compensation is studied in detail.Secondly, the working principle and control method of common reactive power compensator are studied, including shunt capacitor, static var compensator and static synchronous compensator.Finally, the STATCOM based on modular multilevel converter Modular Multilevel converter (MMC) is studied, including the working principle and modulation strategy of MMC, DC side control strategy and AC side control strategy of MMC-STATCOM, and the MMC-STATCOM simulation model is built in PSCAD/EMTDC environment.The control strategy is verified.
