【摘要】:在二次設(shè)備自檢能力日趨完善的新形勢下,采用常規(guī)的定期檢驗(yàn)制度對設(shè)備進(jìn)行維護(hù)開始變得不合時宜,由預(yù)防性計(jì)劃檢修向預(yù)知性的狀態(tài)檢修過渡已經(jīng)成為發(fā)展方向。本文闡述了智能化變電站的二次系統(tǒng)呈現(xiàn)出的新特點(diǎn)和傳統(tǒng)檢修方式存在的弊端。結(jié)合江西智能變電站繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的檢修現(xiàn)狀,詳盡分析了當(dāng)前檢修策略存在的突出問題及影響二次設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行主要因素。 構(gòu)建了合理的設(shè)備狀態(tài)評價模型,為準(zhǔn)確地掌握設(shè)備的運(yùn)行狀況以及發(fā)展趨勢和制定有針對性地檢修策略提供了有力支撐。本文采用基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)的二次設(shè)備健康狀態(tài)綜合評價方法,根據(jù)模糊數(shù)學(xué)的隸屬度理論將定性評價轉(zhuǎn)化為定量評價,對繼電保護(hù)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行性能進(jìn)行綜合評定,為設(shè)備運(yùn)行、維護(hù)和檢修提供依據(jù)。 本文在構(gòu)建單個設(shè)備失效風(fēng)險模型的基礎(chǔ)上,,結(jié)合智能變電站的運(yùn)行實(shí)際,深入開展了對智能化變電站的業(yè)務(wù)回路和整體的功能失效風(fēng)險的評價工作,以求更為完整和全面地評價智能化變電站風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation that the self-examination ability of the secondary equipment is becoming more and more perfect, it is untimely to use the routine periodic inspection system to maintain the equipment, and the transition from preventive planned maintenance to predictive condition maintenance has become the development direction.This paper expounds the new features of the secondary system of intelligent substation and the disadvantages of the traditional maintenance mode.Combined with the maintenance status of relay protection equipment in Jiangxi intelligent substation, this paper analyzes in detail the outstanding problems existing in the current maintenance strategy and the main factors affecting the normal operation of the secondary equipment.A reasonable equipment condition evaluation model is constructed, which provides a strong support for accurately mastering the equipment's running condition and developing trend and making the relevant maintenance strategy.In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation method of secondary equipment health condition based on fuzzy mathematics is adopted. According to the membership degree theory of fuzzy mathematics, the qualitative evaluation is transformed into quantitative evaluation, and the operation performance of relay protection equipment is evaluated synthetically for the operation of the equipment.Provide basis for maintenance and maintenance.On the basis of constructing the failure risk model of single equipment, combined with the actual operation of intelligent substation, the evaluation of the service loop and the whole function failure risk of intelligent substation is carried out in this paper.In order to evaluate the risk of intelligent substation more completely and comprehensively.
